Hope you had a beautiful Thanksgiving Day… mine did not turn out the way I expected, as some family were sick. So we postponed a few days. At first I felt sad and disappointed, but as the day went on, I discovered that opportunities opened up: deeper connection to those I did see, time to myself in the studio, so rare, and the chance to sit with myself and explore the depths of gratitude. In the fullness of love, I would like to share my thanksgiving prayer with you ~ Jennifer
And as I settle into my heart, I ask my Higher Self and my Guides to come closer, to take my hand, pat me on the back, caress my cheeks, smooth my hair, kiss my brow. Thank you all. Thank you, my Guides, for all that you do for me. Thank you to the ones who I know intimately and to the ones who are still a little unknown to me. Thank you for all who assist me in this human life, keeping me out of danger, alerting me to my opportunities, helping me settle into the emotions that I am feeling in any given time, helping me to wring the truth, the beauty and the lesson from each experience.
I AM deeply grateful to Mama and Papa for creating me in the first place. And for giving me the power to create also my life as it comes to me. I’m grateful for understanding that it is a movie that I am projecting, that it is myself that is outside of me and the universe that is within. Somehow we are backwards in our thinking, thinking we are nothing within and that what is outside is everything.
Oh, I know this is a conundrum and difficult to understand, but I am beginning to glimpse this truth: All that I Am and all that I’ll ever Be is within me, there in the wholeness, there in the stillness and there in the embrace of Mother/Father/God.
There is a perpetual hug going on, an infinite embrace. It is a very loose embrace, there is much movement afforded, but we are all truly connected by love. And what is that but an embrace?
I wish to thank all of my brothers and sisters on the planet, those I don’t know and those that I do, those whose faces I know, and those who are new to me, those who are dear to me and those who are very close. Thank you for the friendship, the love, the support and encouragement. Thank you for the laughs and thank you for the good times and the explorations, thanks for all of your creativity and your amazing minds. Thank you for leading the way. Thank you for following. Thank you for walking with me, hand in hand,.
Bless this beautiful physical planet, bless the light emanating from it and the love imbued in every cell, every grain of sand, every needle on every pine tree, every tiny insect and every beautiful butterfly, every humming bird and every albatross, every little mouse and every amazing elephant, the land animals, the mammals in the sea and all the beautiful fish and the creatures who live in water, especially the wonderful octopus. Thank you all for sharing this planet with me.
Thank you all for being in this physical realm, this amazing physical adventure, this 3D/ 4D/ 5D movie, this whole created reality. Together with our amazing, amazing Divine Parents, all who have come before and all who will follow, thank you for this amazing life in this amazing place. I do so love this world. I do so love Mother Earth in all her glory. Thank you, Mother, for sustaining us.
Thank you to my beloved teachers, the Ascended Masters, the Archangels, and all who have encouraged me on the path to my joy. I do now claim Joy. I claim the giggles, I claim the smiles, I claim the heartwarming glances. I claim the joy of driving down the road and seeing beauty left and right. I claim the joy of waking each morning to the light streaming into my home. I claim the joy of hearth and home, of affection, kindness and companionship.
I know the joy of extended family, those born into the same family as me. I feel the joy of those born to me, and the joy of those born to those born to me, so precious, so precious. I carry the joy of those who came before, my parents, my aunts and uncles, grandparents and ancestors. Thank you.
Because of everyone and everything, I am who I am today, I am in the joyous moment of this Now, this gratitude prayer. Thank you. Thank you All.
Thank you to each one of you who have read this, each one of you who will, each one of you who extends your love to meet mine, that together we may weave a more wonderful world.
Thank you to my team, my old friends, my new friends, to all who lend their hearts to the common good and the blessing of friendship. I am deeply grateful, sweetly grateful, blessedly grateful, ever grateful for what is now and all that is to be.
May we go forth in heart, may we go forth hand in hand, walking together, expanding our love, expanding our light, lifting up, embracing, consoling and inspiring.
May we give back all that we have been given and keep the ripples going. May it be so, with so much love, love upon love, wave upon wave, and breath upon breath. Thanksbeing.

Dear Friends, the world has been pretty intense lately. I can’t watch the news anymore for now… Caring deeply about our country as so many of us do, we can easily feel triggered, upended, or weighed down right now as one era ends and another seeks to begin. In the spirit of seeking balance, I’m posting this wonderful lighter message from Mother Mary that I channeled a few weeks ago…
Channeling Mother Mary, Oct. 18, 2024
Jen: So, what would be the very most wonderful conversation at this particular point for these particular people in our circle, for [my teammates and] me, that would speak to our conversation today, and also lift up our hearts. I’m putting my ego over at the picnic table with some Play Doh… (laugh) …. I’m getting Mother Mary.
Mother Mary: Blessed Ones. Once again, it is my honor to speak with you. I am delighted to have the experience of channeling through [teammate] and then through you, because each of you carries a unique vibration, unique vibratory signature, which is exquisite to us, and which is part of our way of celebrating relationship.
We share our vibrations, and this will come naturally to you, and you do share a certain level of this among yourselves as humans, but you have a great many rules about what you may or may not share and what you may or may not feel at any particular time. And so it is somewhat damped down, but we, on our end of things, can come into your hearts, through your central column, through your crown, and, as you have invited us, activate your voice and meld and mix our energies.
We are greatly assisted by the energy that you embody as your own unique and beautiful self, but we bring to you a higher perspective, as you know, and we bring to you unfettered love – great “gobs” of it. It is amusing for us to surprise you at times with our playfulness, because while we appreciate your holding us in high esteem, we do not wish to be restricted to the serious.
We find great joy in playfulness, and we find many opportunities to be playful with that within our own celebration of life. It is not always known by those on your planet who love us dearly that we completely appreciate creativity and wistfulness and zaniness, kookiness, all those playful modalities which are abundant, like bunnies on a field, millions of bunnies –this is making Jennifer laugh! –millions of bunnies on a field, all playing leapfrog and waving flags and shooting stars and jumping on rainbows and sliding around…
And honestly, this is a very silly thing to be discussing, but we are most enjoying playing in the silliness. Now we do know that silliness has a vibration of anti-seriousness, which the serious can take as a personal affront, but we want you to know that silliness is delightful and it is completely within the creation capabilities and the creation preferences of those of us in the more ascended positions at this time, where we reside most comfortably, most often.
Of course, we are capable, like you, of going up and down the elevator. It is a wonderful ability, isn’t it, of our Beingness, to increase our vibration or to descend a bit? And we descend to play with you. We are perfectly happy to do so. It is not arduous for us. It is not painful.
It is it is our great honor, just as you would bend toward a child who is much shorter than you, or even get down on your hands and knees to play with this young one, to look them in the face, to be their same height. We do the same thing with our vibration. We step it down to come to a place where we can rejoice together in the miracles of life, and we so enjoy you and your perspective, and we learn from you.
We want you to know that you give us so much in your experience of life and in the ways in which you apply your creative ability, ability as creators, as children of the One, as you apply your abilities, the images that come to your mind, the artifacts that you create, whether it’s your crafts, your arts, whether it’s sound that you play with, whether it’s an arrangement of flowers or creating a new recipe. We so enjoy all of these things.
Every time you feel some exhilaration, some joy, some… just peaceful, mild contentment, we are sharing that vibration with you, and we are grateful, grateful to you. It is most wondrous for us to be invited to play with you.
Yes, so as you have seen our beloved Yeshua jumping from his cross, no longer pinned to the arms, please, of the cross or the foot. We do not need that anymore. We are free. We are joyous. We are free beyond your imagination, beyond your capability from the human perspective, just beginning to feel into, perceive, remember You, Who You Are. Your veils are thin now, but you still have old ways of thinking where it is difficult for you to perceive the vastness of experience of us all as children of the One, as creators and created Beingness.
So we want you to find a new way to begin to picture, for example, my persona. I am often shown with my foot on a snake, which is the church’s interpretation that the snake is sexuality, and I will deny this part of myself. Well, rubbish. I do not deny this part of myself. I do, however, prefer the highest possible vibration with any, within any particular interaction or any particular experience. I do.
And when I am confronted with a situation where there is judgment, I will slip out slightly to lift up the judgment to a place where it begins to evaporate. You see, you can go closer to an energy, or you can back up a little, slip away a little, and draw toward you that same energy and pull it up into a higher vibration.
So this is what I love to do, and I am not afraid of any experience at all. Anything you go through, you may invite me to be with you, and I will come to you, hold you, sit with you, wrap you in my heart, and lift you up. Because we love to do that. We love to make you feel better, to make you begin to feel your Real Self.
Yes. So I have talked for quite a long time today. I’m well aware of that, but I am also grateful for this. This time with you is my joy.
