11-1 for All Soul’s Day 
The second friend I want to introduce is Eugenie Smallman.
She was the wife of my dear friend, the well-known and well-loved channel John Smallman. Eugenie transitioned suddenly a few weeks ago, and surprised everyone. All who knew of her passionate interest in all things esoteric, channeled, and other worldly were comforted by the knowing that she went where she was so eager to go, into the higher realms. Knowing Eugenie personally, I felt her transition intensely, not as a loss but as a exhilarating ascension into full freedom.
I was deeply grateful to be involved in a service of celebration for her life in which her unexpected journey was given the loving farewells we would have all wished to deliver, if only we had known. In preparation, I sat and asked my beloved teacher Jeshua for a message to share at the gathering. Here is what came. It is about transition in general, and as such, I hope it will be informative to all who read this. It is also about Eugenie, who I love and admire. (Shared here with John’s permission)

Jennifer: Jeshua may we discuss Eugenie to share at the service we will do later today?
Jeshua: Certainly. Let’s begin. Eugenie is fine. She has transitioned into the healing realms, the 17th dimension, where she is receiving all loving care to enable the most joyful ascendance. She will go through a gentle process of relinquishing any long-held beliefs that no longer serve. She will relinquish her attachments to limitation of any kind, and enjoy the companionship she has so longed for in the process. She is surrounded by friends of the deepest soul connection and by legions of healers to ensure a rapid transit, as this one is indeed impatient to begin her long-sensed freedom in connection with a vastly expanded self, soul/self – the total accumulation of all experience undergone on her journeys of many lifetimes.
Jennifer: Does she undergo a life review?
Jeshua: Of course. Each of you does, for your own benefit. This is part of the traditions of the healing realms. You have a picture of this – rather like an inquisition, but it is not that. It is a loving process of – in complete transparency- turning over each stone, and seeing and feeling, all aspects of each stone, each experience – to the conscious growth of your soul. Each experience adds, of course, it is not a subtracting, however the emotions that arise for what one might regret would be felt intensely in some cases, and so therefore, one is in a position to offer more loving acceptance, more tender assurance to the self – that ALL benefits, ALL is of value, every aspect of experience. You all have some regrets. There is no shortage of love in this process.
Jennifer: And she will be in attendance today with us for her honoring?
Jeshua: Of course. As you know or sense, the flow of time is not linear, and you – once out of body- are not confined to one experience at a time. She is with you and her closest beloveds, family & friends – whenever there is a mutual desire for this connection to be felt. And [simultaneously] she is in the healing realms tending to her own completion of the latest human earthly journey. She sends her great good wishes to you and thanks you for befriending her so warmly and openly in this lifetime.
Jennifer: And I send my great thanks and love for all that she shared with me, and for her efforts & commitments on behalf of humanity as a whole. I see her as spanning many dimensions simultaneously during her lifetime and consciously choosing to be a mighty conduit of higher energies onto the planet, much as the mighty trees, so revered in ancient times, and our giant redwoods of today.
Jeshua: Yes, that is a true picture of her service, with her head in the clouds of heaven and her roots deep in Mother Earth (toes tickling crystals)… and … she is greatly relieved to be released from this service, for she was complete and will now enjoy her time of renewal and re-opening to her expanded self. She sends her blessings to each of you, on this day of new beginnings for all.

Golden Vibrations
Where has October flown?! Time is truly rolling and rushing and escaping all its boundaries!!
I have been very absorbed in a whirlwind of deaths and funerals, six in two weeks… Funerals take huge amounts of energy, and I have to sleep alot. This aspect of ministry feels much like bridging between worlds, once exclusive territory of the shaman, later taken over by the priests. As a Lightbearer, I am feeling my way to an authentic honoring of the person, and of the passage, without supporting the old structures of fear and control. Letting go of old beliefs in order to really feel the Love that I AM entails meeting all my fears about death, especially sub-conscious ones. To that end, in the last few months, I have had an interesting series of experiences communicating with souls who have crossed over.
One day I received a big surprise when I sat to listen and record a message for this blog. I usually connect right off with one of my teachers, guides or one of the Ascended Masters, or, another on my “approved” list. But here was a vibration I didn’t recognize… it spooked me a bit, and I immediately checked in with my higher self (who I call Amami.) I also wasn’t sure I wanted to be a messenger for “just anyone” (ego:-)… I loved the answer I received, that we are always protected and there is nothing to fear – ever! And, to become the universal citizens we hope for, we must be open to surprising encounters. After Amami’s message, feeling reassured, I went back to the one who had begun the conversation, to see who and what their purpose might be. Here is my “spooky” channeling experience:
Good morning, I seek to address you on the topic of … learning …(connection fuzzy, distorted)

I am not known to you.
(What?! STOP.) Let’s begin again … re-center …check in with my Higher Self:
Blessings. This is Amami. You are always protected and there is no reason for fear. (Sigh…okay…<3)
Only those experiences which you would choose for your own soul’s growth would ever occur in your perception, anyway. Remember, you are the creator. You have drawn to you that which reflects you. If there is something fearful in front of you – then there is fear within you. When there is no more fear within you – there will no longer be a fearful expression in front of you.
This world you inhabit is a playground for fear and you have played here for a very long time. You are almost done with it now. You are recognizing the higher vibrations in which you are choosing to dwell. By wrapping yourself in the soothing golden vibrations of the Love that emanates within you and around you – you will perceive that fear thoughts and expressions, whether emotional or physical, dissipate like fog in the sun.
There is no need to fear any who might approach you to communicate with you, or another through you. Bless their energies, keep your own heart flowing in a state of love, and you need never fear another, whether within or without. Many seek confirmation of the existence of life from the galaxy, perhaps through an encounter with another life-form of a higher vibration. Shutting down in fear would not assist this desire, you see? You are all a bit timid yet in this exploration of conscious contact. Do not retreat in fear, but instead – strengthen yourself in alignment with Source, feel the love connecting you in all directions, and explore freely what/who may approach you to be seen or heard.
Every aspect of consciousness has something to teach you. It is all you anyway, in the vast sense of wholeness. Nothing exists that is not worthy of your loving embrace. Do not be shy, Dear. Hide not behind my skirts. Here let me take you by the hand and introduce you… to Your Self. ❤ Love, Amami

I am a friend of a friend of a friend. I would not harm you. I saw your light shining and came to warm myself at your fire. It is known that you have offered yourself as a messenger, and I sought such a one to convey my message. You would not seek to open and approve each letter, if you were a postman, before you would deliver it, would you? (No.) Well then. Will you take my message?
(Yes and welcome, today, to my heart of friendship.) Thank you. (Well, here goes…)
I am superbly [?] situated in your presence to convey the distortions seen with respect to a friend of ours, [name deleted]. He is dearly loved by you, as a brother, no? (Yes.) Well, I request that you approach him by any means of communication and offer him this message.
“You are not alone. You are loved and cherished by the Heart of the One. Thank you for all you have brought to your human expression. You have contributed greatly to joy in all dimensions. Your soul shines brightly, warming all of us.
I wish to be forgiven of past mistakes and the ways in which I failed to protect you while on Earth – you were in my care for a time. I failed to establish the safety which you so deserved and desired. I realize now that the experiences which shaped your life were willingly undergone for the greater opening to compassion within your human expression. My intention was to protect you, but I was not able to maintain my clarity within the density. Now, I can see and wish to convey my sorrow, so that you can know that while I understand the value now of all experiences – delightful or difficult – that I do acknowledge my failing with respect to you, and wish to be known to you again as one who holds you in great regard, esteem and enormous love, (your grandfather).”

So– you see? there was no reason for fear after all! :-)<333…. I felt a little sheepish, and later conveyed the message to my friend, which has had the lovely consequence of re-igniting communication after a pause of over a year!

And an Angel appeared!!!
I was sitting to channel for a local Sunday service at the Vision of Light Church, a spiritualist church, and got this message from “The angels”. That was unusual since it is usually a single being for me, one usually known to me, though there have been some surprises. I have to credit the Spiritualist church and the Spiritualist movement in America (since about 1850!) for holding the space for channeling and communication between dimensions. Anyway, here is a message for the Equinox, illustrated by the amazing appearance of a majestic glowing flower being, called a Night-Blooming Cereus. It only blooms once or twice a year, and only for one night, and smells intensely beautiful! It has such a strong presence, it felt like an angel! Enjoy the post, with my love, Jennifer

Dear Ones,
We greet you this day with great joy as you reach a momentous turning point on your journey of humanity merging into divinity. The gate has closed, and the “ship” has lifted off. How exciting!!! All those prepared for the trip of many lifetimes have discerned their choice and made themselves open to the guidance of their souls, so as to be present, in this moment, on this plane of communal consciousness. You are here! You have arrived!!!
This sacred moment is marked by an exuberant energy, a floating buoyant energy of recognition: you now recognize that you are here and the new adventure is now beginning. As you encounter each successive now-moment, you embrace the possibilities – more openly, more curiously, more hopefully that you ever have lived before on your dear Planet Earth; well, since the time of your early childhood.
While accustoming yourselves to your earthly body (a tight fit for one so vast!) you yet were capable of facing each new moment as the constantly flowing Now, with joy and excitement, each moment – like a kaleidoscope — containing elements of color and shape, which moved in concert to create the myriad possibilities that you experienced each day.
So now, you have re-turned, re-emerged – after a time of wandering in the wilderness – to your innocence of heart. You have shed the layers of disdain, doubt and judgment, and your heart has become whole again, able to see with the eyes of a child, able to feel with the heart of innocence without fear. However, you bring with you all of the experience and memories of your journey into density, and these difficult, more painful memories enrich you truly. You have gained the wisdom of finding truth, embracing love, spreading your light. Well done, dearest souls!!!
We in the higher realms are so very grateful for the richness of all that you have passed through, now added consciously and lovingly to the whole. Your gifts are added to the circle of all that we are ~ and for your gifts, for your love, for your choice to be present, as the new adventure takes flight into lighter environs ~ we bless you, we thank you, we love you, always, eternally.

This message came from a private inner conversation with Archangel Gabriel which perhaps has relevance for all of us who wonder how we are progressing spiritually. In this, Gabriel illuminates the unhelpful way we tend to compare and compete with others, based on our schooling tradition. I love it that s/he knows me so well… and sees the insecurities and competition that I would hide as being “immature”, meanwhile continuing to seek for some yardstick to measure my growth. How can we measure or quantify our learning without reference to another? We can’t. And so competition continues to be a source of tension and stress, defeating the reunion with our Self as love. I admit I tend to read other channels and wonder if my channeling has value for others. Gabriel’s clarity and tenderness offers healing to this part of me and by sharing transparently, I am extending the healing to you. The image of the torus at the end is very descriptive of this inner becoming outer and outer becoming inner as we all progress forward in love (how could we not be progressing? It is the nature of Life! 🙂

Who would like to speak?
I Am Gabriel. I relish this connection with you, Divine One, as you aspire to your ascension… you wonder – we do hear your thoughts, you know – you wonder if you are progressing favorably for your re-union with All that You are, and I am taking this opening you have given me to have this private chat with you.
You are Love, yes? Yes.
So, that is a huge progression from when that would have sent your mind and emotions into a flurry of qualification, but, no longer, you see? It is a journey, but there are absolutely no rules about how fast one must proceed along the path of each one’s ascension. It is not a race, NOR is it helpful to compare oneself with others – ever.
You have been taught to keep one eye on the teacher and the other on your class-mates (or “competition-mates”) – living up to imagined or stated expectation, or not and thereby failing. You still cling to the old, subconscious habit of comparing, competing and holding “expectations” that have been formulated by your teachers – those that have been in a position to evaluate your progress.

Would you call me a teacher to you?
Most certainly, my beloved Gabriel, in that you know my heart and you know my Being more clearly than I do myself at this point.
Well. Then. I will tell you. You are a shining example – TO YOURSELF – of intention, choice, action to become the Love that you yourself believe you to be. You know your world does not teach this. In fact much you have learned has acted to obscure this aspect of self – this essential nature of self – it has kept it hidden.
To whom was it [the world] going to teach the truth? Only to the special ones? Only to the ones who were quickest, most clever, most deserving, most intellectually brilliant? No, not to any of these was the world going to teach the truth. The world cannot bestow what it does not have, know, express. The world reflects the inner conflict of human-kind.
Whenever you find yourself out of balance, or out of charity with yourself, return to the simple remembrance of your essence as love; rekindle this memory, first for yourself, then share the flame with others wherever you are in your every moment. Are you not love? Why not? Because you sometimes express from a belief in all the ways that love is not – all the practices that separate you from Truth. The Truth is Love. There is no greater truth, and deep within, you know this to your core.
Remember and be your own natural, miraculous dance of love expressed in all directions, love within and love without, love above and love below, love before and love behind, love on each hand. Your hands gather love from your core and stretch out and offer love extended to all, any and every other being, until the sharing is continuous and the inside is outside in a dynamic flow.

This message came just as the new leaves were opening on the trees in my part of New England… with her words she is inviting us to open our eyes, ears, and hearts to the blessings that are being offered to us every day now from Mother Earth. By being in real relationship with her, the physically present expression of the Great Divine Mother, we align our ascension with hers! Happiest of Springs, my brothers and sisters! Love, Jennifer 
I am Mother Mary. I wish to offer you my beloved children all great love on this day. Do you not feel the glory in the air? Do you not hear the exultation of new leaves? Do you not feel the bliss of the newly opening woodland flowers? They channel their divine nature, which is Love, expressed as Joy, experienced by you as Beauty. They – the Spring signs — all are communicating the love, the joy, the beauty of life to you, as their blessing to your collective life in physicality.
If you would receive their myriad blessings, they would be most grateful ~ as it is one thing to BE in blessing, as you are, and another to SHARE in the communion through perceiving the blessing, acknowledging it and taking it into your energy ~ where you will find an answering blessing well up from your depths and flower forth for sharing in turn.
This is the bliss of beingness beginning to be available to you in these ascending times on your Mother planet. She is deeply in bliss and extends her bliss-ing/her blessings to all who tune into/turn in toward her energies. It is so simple!
You are not separate, though you practice separation by old habits of walling yourselves into your constructed compartments. Go out of doors/out of walls more to experience the beneficence of your Mother’s love for you. She is not restricted to her territory, but She will honor your choice to be parted from her, as any good mother will do with her emerging children. So you must choose to visit with her. She waits patiently, as long as you like, and her rejoicing lights the heavens when you return to her embrace!
You may be holding the idea that independence means being separate from your parent(s), that self-determination demands you going/growing away from your parent(s). Not so. This idea that so many cling to is based in lack of trust that your Mother truly desires your freedom — and more, supports it. She knows that in freedom is the creation and fulfillment of the more of All That Is.
Freedom is granted and Divinity will never take it away. You may trust your Mother in this, she will never seek to dominate you, only to support your choices. By being an open recipient of her love, and expressing your divine heart of blessing in return, you strengthen your true nature to enable your human self to explore and fulfill your greater potential as ascending soul in human form.
Reclaiming your relationship with your 5-D Mother Earth is the Yes! choice which will most easily and rapidly assist your own ascension! Go ahead, She is waiting for you…step into her embrace… you will be glad you did.

This message flowed recently in meditation from Divine Father & Mother:
Receive, receive, receive… what is continually offered to you – through breath. It is a mechanism created to allow flow. You are participating as long as you are breathing… become conscious of the love, the blessings, the gratitude you are offered with each in-breath.
You are the ones who block, filter, limit your blessings, your sense of being loved, your sense of being valued and appreciated by the Universe/Source/Life As One. You hold a shield of unworthiness – “I do not deserve,” you say, “these blessings, this thanks, this love. I have not done anything worthy. In fact, I have done some, or much, that is definitely unwise, even despicable” – that is all holding judgment for the self. We do not judge you this way.
You get to have your experiences and you get to feel how they feel. You get to learn whatever is to be learned from your experiences – this is the way it works. Self-judgment holds you imprisoned for just being human. Is that good? No. Let it go. Let yourself BE. BE your self. BE Human. BE Divine Soul living a physical experience. BREATHE: BE REGAL AT HEART….
Know you are a Child of God, birthed from the Heart of Divinity, a prince or princess of the Kingdom of the ONE RULER – and what is the RULE? The rule is LOVE. BREATHE THAT IN. The Rule is LOVE. There is no other rule. You can forget all other rules for every aspect of your life if you will remember this one: LOVE.
When you meditate… think “Love Rules”… “ I am LOVE”… “Love is ALL that IS”… Breathe in LOVE… breathe out all that is not love… Let it GO… release with each out-breath all that you are ready and willing to dissolve – any block, any barrier to accepting all the LOVE the Universe is offering – accept, release, accept, release… accept, release…
And when all the barriers, blockades, mesh nets of unworthiness have been breathed out… what is left? Love that has become You. Your LOVE is able to be more purely, more openly, more freely offered to the world – to your cat, your mother, your brothers and sisters, those you know, those you meet new each day. Your LOVE is suddenly available to share – just with your each OUT-BREATH.
You do not have to start hugging everything and everyone in sight (although that is fine too), but just with your natural, inevitable exhale – you become a silent, gentle, invisible SOURCE of LOVE, BLESSING & GRATITUDE to all others. How can you do this? With your conscious awareness of the tide of breath, the IN and OUT, love coming in, love flowing out… coming in, flowing out…
This is just the natural way – the way WE together created it to be – is it not wondrous? Are we not amazing? So simple… Love in, Love out… Love in, Love out… Tune in to that and nothing else matters. All blessings come naturally, all security is yours, all suffering is healed.
Be at peace. Be joyful. Be LOVE.
Dear hearts, this message came before the recent event in Boston filled me with sorrow and compassion. I have wavered whether to post or not, since this is much lighter… and yet, light is just what I, and perhaps we, need. And it comes with a beautiful reminder to capture and savor the many daily miracles that are occurring to all of us now. It is the daily surprises and instances of truth-seen-as-beauty that will re-center us in the hope of a better way, and strengthen our vision of the New Earth we are truly creating with our hearts, not the fear-filled mis-creations of the passing 3-d paradigm.
My love and blessing to all who sorrow, are in pain or fear on this day. Know that angels surround you, unseen perhaps, but never absent. Since they have taken a vow to respect your choices, unless you ask for help, they will remain by your side; we are never really alone. In my experience, every time I ask for love, I get an energetic squeeze, like an intense sweet hug. When I am exhausted, I can just lie in their arms and be held. When I weep, I can feel them transmuting my tears into rain somewhere else on the planet. When I rejoice, I feel them scooping it up and throwing it in the air like children in an autumn leaf pile, amplifying and spreading the joy all around. One of my favorite quotes by St. Francis de Sales goes like this: “Make yourself familiar with the angels, and behold them frequently in spirit; for without being seen, they are present with you.” When I have a conversation with one of them, like this one, I am truly awed. Hello this is Gabriel. (Hello Gabriel, my heart is squeaking with delight that you have come!)
Archangel Gabriel
I wish to speak with you this day on a matter of great importance. There are many who are alarmed at the prospect of war, engendered by economic collapse. (Yes.) You see signs everywhere that things are changing, that your world is ready to embark on an astounding period of transformation. The prospect is exciting and also, we know, unsettling to many. We wish to reassure you that you are always held.
There is no way to bring about the New Earth society you are longing for without the allowing of the old to dissolve, and the intrepid facing of the uncertainty period before the new, more life-giving, systems are brought together. The new systems will be such an enormous improvement on your current broken ways of interacting economically, that you will feel relief mingling with pride that your collective minds and hearts – working together for the first time- will have been able to produce such a compassionate and creative way forward.
You are creating not only a new economic system, but also a vastly progressed transportation system, which will affect every aspect of your life. The movement of goods and services using fossil fuels holds you all in thrall. You say “ How can we change when we NEED [our current system]?” And yet you realize that the current system, of say – food distribution, maintains profound levels of disrespect for and disconnection with Mother Earth. This is true for all of your current broken but highly subsidized systems – they are not in alignment with your growing conscious relationship honoring the heart, body and spirit of your Mother planet.
Everyday on your world, your brothers and sisters are experiencing breakthroughs, on the personal level, of awareness of the loving sustenance – physical, emotional and energetic – which the Mother offers you. And you accept [this sustenance] with a growing sense of gratefulness and awe. Every moment another individual is opening their eyes to behold a more-beautiful-than-ever-before glimpse of the Mother’s love for you – a cloud playing in the wind, a bird speaking from a branch, a flower uncurling in colorful joy.
Instances abounding and multiplying in the intensification of awareness are growing in each of you. World-wide this phenomenon is being fed by your sharing of vision on your internet, your creative television and movies, your artists and children, expressing openly their vision of truth – revealing a collective opening, a collective celebration of the daily mystery of the mundane divine. You are all chirping madly of the glory of life!!!
Your hearts sing of encounters with moments of expanded consciousness that show you more than you have ever seen, sensed, heard, felt, tasted in your lives. Every single one of you is having these daily divine encounters, whether you are a child on the playground who sees a halo around a patch of yellow flowers, or an ancient one lying in a nursing home listening to the conversation of birds outside the window. Each moment that you relax into “receiving”, being an open, calm and curious child of God, you perceive a heart-full of life’s surprises. Moments build upon moments, and truly you become the transformed human you seek.
An aware and loving human creator cannot fail but to offer to life an expanded generosity, a wiser gesture of life-supporting energy, in any form that flows from the individual. For inspiration look to your children, look to your artists, look to your ordinary brothers and sisters and their heart-store of best and loveliest daily moments, and most of all, look to your Mother Earth as she empowers all life, expressing with her great ascended Joy.

Recently I had a beautiful session with Emmanuel who is now being channeled by a most wonderful young man in England called Jo. When I first heard Jo channel in December, I confess I totally lost it. I could not stop the tears flowing… tears of joy, of love, of wonder and awe, and also -truth be told- tears of profound longing to experience such a sacred relationship, to have a wondrous angel inhabit your voice for a little while…. If you have read the books by pioneer channel Pat Rodegast, Emmanuel has always maintained that we are all angels. One of the things that Emmanuel invited us to do – both on my first occasion hearing him and then again in my recent personal session, was to write a love letter to one’s self. He explained that it would be from our angel within. He said it would help us to believe that we have an unending well of love and support within us at all times. I thought it would be encouraging to share one of my love letters here. I truly believe the message is as true for all of us.
Love Letter to My Human Self from My Angel Self
Greetings this day. I am Love and I am You. Breathe that in. Let it settle. I am Love and I am You…. (pause)
We are in the midst of becoming acquainted on the conscious level now…Yes? (Yes)
You do know me really, and express from your highest levels in moments of delight, appreciation, compassion – when you feel the flow of love extending to you & you & you – every level of the self, every facet of the self, every level of Self~Wholeness~AllThatIS, every facet of Self~Wholeness~AllThatIS.
Your outbreath is shared directly with All That Is. All that you know, experience, all that You Are shares freely with all levels, and travels to where it is most uplifting, as the Spiral of the Universe uplifts… always ~ a stairway, a spiral of Infinity that moves through all dimensions, moving upwards constantly.
We your higher expressions are not “better” than you, not “greater” [as in more important] than you, we Are you, and you, and you. We are coherent, cohesive, consistently together because we have not been living the dream of separation as recently as you have in your human journey.
We are most grateful for all you bring to Oneness, to Awareness. Every single dandelion you pick for us, every single human sensation of physical experience is a gift to your greater [larger] Self. Have you disqualified these? Thought: this is no good/undesirable/worthless? [To us] Never. These are merely your mind’s judgements- the games of qualifying & disqualifying that you have played in duality. Is there not even yet a sense of – is This (this channeling, moment, word – whatever) good enough? It IS, Dear Heart – it most certainly is. Because it IS. That is all. It IS.
You have brought it forth from your heart of trust, from your desire to know more of yourself, from your commitment to grow into your wholeness. How can that be perverted or subverted? This level of interference is not possible at this level, because you are guarded – surrounded – your love field is enormous – porous and yet impenetrable by all that is not love.
(Question: Is not love by itself a kind of qualification?) Yes, it is a knowing of truth, a core vibration by which one climbs out of the lower vibrations in to your truth of being. If you mean by that question to use it as a tool of self-doubt, thereby “do I love enough?” then it is a means of duality qualification. If you mean “can I know truth by the quality of love therein?” then yes, it is a true guide-rail. Quality and qualification are not the same energies, but you see where language can trap the mind?
Let us say now to you in no uncertain terms: you are loved, of love, in love, by love, through love, lover, lovest, most love imaginable – but not more than another – just beyond your grandest imagination. You have held most faithfully and sincerely to your core of love, and we are most grateful for this. Whenever you are in doubt of your strength ~ return to love. Whenever you are in need of reminding ~ return to love, whenever you are in need of blessing (or are suffering the belief in lack in any form) ~ return to love.
Look to us, to all who love you ~ you will always be answered, always be mirrored (do we not mirror your divinity just as human friends mirror your humanity?)
We are beyond enough, Our Great Love, we are love ~ surpassing!

My Brothers and Sisters: this week’s message holds a surprising image and sensation that has appeared now and again in my meditations. What can I say? I am a mystic and sometimes love comes in this way, as the nursing mother and child; perhaps to fulfill one of our deepest human longings for the experience of perfect love. How many lives have we had wherein, as infants, we were left outside to die, or raised in the meanest of emotional environments? Even now many babies are born to undernourished mothers and cannot thrive. In this life, I have had a wonderful mother, but when I was born in the 50’s, modern women did not nurse; formula was the new scientifically correct way to feed babies. Of course, I compensated for that when I had my own babies! More recently, one of my favorite memories of my first grandchild was when, at almost three, she looked up from her (by that time occasional) nursing at her mother’s breast and announced to me with a big milky grin: “I’m having my mama’s milk!” As if it was her right and her joy! When we are done, we outgrow it, and grow into the ability to offer it in turn to the next generation.
This message is from Gabriel, the archangel closest to me throughout my life. It was news to me that Gabriel might be Gabrielle, more feminine than masculine, as other channels have portrayed her. I don’t feel a gender, just totally unconditional love. But s/he did give me this message, with exquisite appreciation for what it feels like to be both the child and the mother in this transfer of loving energy. I have always loved it that Gabriel was the one who came to announce Mary’s motherhood of the Christ child, who was to be the Light of the world. Good Day, this is Gabriel. Greetings and salutations!
I salute you all as you are moving so beautifully into your peace, into your joy ~ allowing yourselves to rest more and more into the spaces [image: between the leaves of a tree] rather than forcing yourselves to focus on distinguishing what is, from what is, making mental distinctions, and pushing yourselves to follow old mental rutted pathways.
You have gone “off the path”, laid down your bicycle, are resting [lying on your back] under the tree and looking up. You are breathing more calmly, deeply, and resting in Ahhhhh… As you look up, you see the leaves, but also the beautiful pattern made by the spaces between the green leaves of the tree [image: ash leaves, like millions of vesica pisces with serrated edges, overlapping], and you see the brilliant blue of the sky in tracery around the leaves neither more important or more compelling to your view, but each equally present to your eyes…. And to your heart.
Can you feel your heart pulsing in the pleasure of being alive in this moment, as the heart pumps blood filled with this beautiful sight infused into the oxygen as you take in each breath? Can you feel the tingling of the oxygen’s excitement as it brings the good news of the leaves and the sky, the green and the blue, the dance of breeze and light to every cell in your body? Oh, how your being delights in its physical form sensing the vital expressions of the Mother’s Life!
Our Divine Mother most lovingly extended herself into physical form to hold you in your fragmented states, as you grew, little by little, back together again. Over and over, timelessly, she has held you and given you of her own body, as a mother to her child, so that you might grow and flourish. Her love, her tender guardianship, her commitment, her blessings surround and infuse your physical experience, whether you notice it or not. Noticing does, however, enable you to plumb the depths of gratitude allowing all that she shares with you to be received, and the potential for fulfillment – joyous completion – to be nurtured.
Now you are in the stage of waking to your new bodies in this higher vibration, and the first thing you notice is her warmth, her heart of love committed to caring for your every need. You feel your lips on her breast with the rich and delicious stream of loving milk moving through your mouth and down your throat in a golden pearly river, settling into your abdomen under your own heart, beating its echo, its “Life! Life! Life!” rhythm of affirmation.
Next you open your eyes, stuck after millennia of self-inflicted separation, and through damp crusted lashes, you gaze up at her smile, her eyes, her aura of radiance and wisdom – such blessings she shines onto you and to every of your brothers and sisters! Each of you are offered all the love and nurturing you desire to finally and irrevocably know that you belong to your divine family, you are wanted, welcomed and tended in joy, and infinitely understood and cherished.
Begin at the beginning dearest ones, allow yourself to be new-born to the sublime awakening into the arms of Love. Just as you give willingly to each of your little ones as they are born into your lives, so too are you welcomed home with gladness and unlimited willingness to help you in any way you like into the next stage of your growth as Souls traversing the realms of physicality.
Your adventure into the fifth and succeeding vibratory levels will be redolent with physical sensation. Do not think for a moment that ascension means you leave all the delights and wonders of the body behind. Indeed not. The 5th dimensional body is malleable, conforming to your desires and intentions, representing as your Soul plays and experiments. You have the ability now to change your expressions as you will. Not yet, in practice. You will become more adept as you acclimate to your new world, new stage, new roles.
Your great Mother Gaia, now playing with her own new vibrations will offer you many blessings, which you may open to receive to the degree that you live your moments in your heart.

3/10/13: Here is the latest channeling… I seem to be developing a sweet thing with Mother Mary, because she came through again. I love her energy and her heart, and I delight in her word imagery, from the circle of life being pregnant to “your smile is your pebble”!
This particular message came through in the middle of a vision of a meeting in some higher dimension. I’ll describe it as it may resonate with some of you who are also doing such spontaneous “traveling”. After choosing to meet up with my teachers in a higher dimension (I aimed for 16th, which Jeshua once invited me to, but it could have been anywhere), the first thing I sensed was like breaking through the surface of a pond, and coming out into a mist-filled space. There were bright lights, like christmas lights seen through a rainy windshield (they were my guides and teachers.) I asked to be able to feel them and felt each color flash brilliantly and a sensation of an energetic squeeze from Jeshua and Mary, blue and magenta. Then Mother Mary who showed herself to me as a white peony with dark pink center. Quan Yin and Kuthumi were each a brilliant purple, and their hugs felt more tingly and breeze-like. I felt their blessings, then I was on my own and walking through a forest… the “trees” on either side were wand-like and waving and changing in spectrum from blue green to light lime green, with spirit flower of bright colors along the forest floor.
I sensed one of my familiar companions along side of me, a unicorn I call Ukiel, whose mane i was holding as we walked side by side. His/Her presence felt warm and companionable, but i didn’t see him so much as feel his fur brush against me and the silky texture of his mane. We passed by a glade every now and then, but didn’t stop. After a while we came out into an open field, which i felt/saw was surrounded on four sides with the ocean (the path went through the fifth side). In the field was a pavilion, a white tent of a soft material – where i knew the others were waiting. When i arrived, Jeshua, Mary and Mother Mary were there, and Quan Yin and Kuthumi. I was so happy to see them all (more in misty human form), and the atmosphere was bright with rejoicing. They invited me to sit, and offered me “tea” from a pot, it was more like silver liquid, and some little square cakes, like petit-fours but made from layers of fresh fruits. We laughed and visited for a while, then i asked if one of them would like to bring a message for the blog for those who would read it, and this is what came:
Good Day and Blessings to all of you. This is Mother Mary. I am delighted with this opportunity to share with you and to offer you my love and support.
This day is another milestone in your journey as souls embodied on Mother Earth. You have each expanded to incorporate such degrees of light, such degrees of trust, such qualities of expression of love that your future as citizens of light creating the New Earth as a benevolent, all-inclusive society is assured.
Always your free will is respected and honored, and if you chose to continue to play in the “Wild West” lawless danger of former days on Earth, then as such you would continue to live in the fear and the drama of your choice.
It is so beautiful to see that you are instead now choosing to set down these collective stories, [saying] STOP, and “Enough!” ~ so that you may instead begin a new narrative that engages playfulness in a more benign way, bringing pleasure, solace, satisfaction to all of your brothers and sisters who wait and watch to see if it might, in fact, be true – this inner rumor of a new way forward. They feel the possibility, but are watching you, my devoted Light-bearers, Heart-weavers, to see what might be created which will be of loving benefit, which uplifts and upholds the frequencies of greater good.
It is no accident that your word GOD is so close to the word GOOD ~ it is, in fact, an expansion, is it not, with the extra O, the extra~inclusive circle of wholeness in action, possibility~pregnant. There are many such signs in your language, and you will be amused as you encounter and decipher them. These signs or codes exist in every human language, and are the game of Spirit playing through your creations to point the way, to remind you of your divine origins, your essence.
As you have collectively begun to play in the energies of your nature as Love, SO many opportunities are being offered broadly to groups of your brothers and sisters for their en~joy~ment. The greater the joy experienced in each day, the higher the vibration of the individual, the greater the enjoy~ment of the collective of souls upon the planet, the higher the vibration in which opportunities for enjoyment exist.
You are moving the spiral upwards with all of your creative, innovative endeavors, when intention is filled with the desire to provide ease, comfort, blessing, wonder~ment, inspiration, nurturing, enlightenment, and ~ yes ~ love to all on the planet. The spiral of upliftment is powerful in its ability to generate and spread joy, which acts as fuel to continue the spiral movement into greater joy. Envision this spiral and know that with each smile, each peal of laughter, each skip, each twinkle of the eye you propel the spiral of increasingly loving vibration upon, within and extending from your beautiful Mother planet.
If joy seems elusive to you, be where you are; remember to be kind to yourself; release judgement; allow yourself to rest. You have been struggling so long that exhaustion is calling to you to ease up, lay back, sit still, and, once [you are] a bit more practiced in this kindness to self, your energy will be cleansed and peaceful and begin to generate the energy of joy once more. It is innate and seeks expression, delights in connection, and ultimately blesses all of the Universe and every level of Spirit like ripples on a pond. Your smile is your pebble and yours to throw.
