      3/10/13:  Here is the latest channeling… I seem to be developing a sweet thing with Mother Mary, because she came through again.  I love her energy and her heart, and I delight in her word imagery, from the circle of life being pregnant to “your smile is your pebble”! 

      This particular message came through in the middle of a vision of a meeting in some higher dimension.  I’ll describe it as it may resonate with some of you who are also doing such spontaneous “traveling”.  After choosing to meet up with my teachers in a higher dimension (I aimed for 16th, which Jeshua once invited me to, but it could have been anywhere), the first thing I sensed was like breaking through the surface of a pond, and coming out into a mist-filled space. There were  bright lights, like christmas lights seen through a rainy windshield (they were my guides and teachers.) I asked to be able to feel them and felt each color flash brilliantly and a sensation of an energetic squeeze from Jeshua and Mary, blue and magenta. Then Mother Mary who showed herself to me as a white peony with dark pink center.  Quan Yin and Kuthumi were each a brilliant purple, and their hugs felt more tingly and breeze-like.  I felt their blessings, then I was on my own and walking through a forest… the “trees” on either side were wand-like and waving and changing in spectrum from blue green to light lime green, with spirit flower  of bright colors along the forest floor. 

I sensed one of my familiar companions along side of me, a unicorn I call Ukiel, whose mane i was holding as we walked side by side. His/Her presence felt warm and companionable, but i didn’t see him so much as feel his fur brush against me and the silky texture of his mane.  We passed by a glade  every now and then, but didn’t stop. After a while we came out into an open field, which i felt/saw was surrounded on four sides with the ocean (the path went through the fifth side).  In the field was a pavilion, a white tent of a soft material – where i knew the others were waiting.  When i arrived, Jeshua, Mary and Mother Mary were there, and Quan Yin and Kuthumi.  I was so happy to see them all (more in misty human form), and the atmosphere was bright with rejoicing.  They invited me to sit, and offered me “tea” from a pot, it was more like silver liquid, and some little square cakes, like petit-fours but made from layers of fresh fruits.  We laughed and visited for a while, then i asked if one of them would like to bring a message for the blog for those who would read it, and this is what came:

Good Day and Blessings to all of you. This is Mother Mary.  I am delighted with this opportunity to share with you and to offer you my love and support.

This day is another milestone in your journey as souls embodied on Mother Earth.  You have each expanded to incorporate such degrees of light, such degrees of trust, such qualities of expression of love that your future as citizens of light creating the New Earth as a benevolent, all-inclusive society is assured.

Always your free will is respected and honored, and if you chose to continue to play in the “Wild West” lawless danger of former days on Earth, then as such you would continue to live in the fear and the drama of your choice.

It is so beautiful to see that you are instead now choosing to set down these collective stories, [saying] STOP, and “Enough!” ~ so that you may instead begin a new narrative that engages playfulness in a more benign way, bringing pleasure, solace, satisfaction to all of your brothers and sisters who wait and watch to see if it might, in fact, be true – this inner rumor of a new way forward.  They feel the possibility, but are watching you, my devoted Light-bearers, Heart-weavers, to see what might be created which will be of loving benefit, which uplifts and upholds the frequencies of greater good.

It is no accident that your word GOD is so close to the word GOOD ~ it is, in fact, an expansion, is it not, with the extra O, the extra~inclusive circle of wholeness in action, possibility~pregnant.  There are many such signs in your language, and you will be amused as you encounter and decipher them.  These signs or codes exist in every human language, and are the game of Spirit playing through your creations to point the way, to remind you of your divine origins, your essence.

As you have collectively begun to play in the energies of your nature as Love, SO many opportunities are being offered broadly to groups of your brothers and sisters for their en~joy~ment.  The greater the joy experienced in each day, the higher the vibration of the individual, the greater the enjoy~ment of the collective of souls upon the planet, the higher the vibration in which opportunities for enjoyment exist.

You are moving the spiral upwards with all of your creative, innovative endeavors, when intention is filled with the desire to provide ease, comfort, blessing, wonder~ment, inspiration, nurturing, enlightenment, and ~ yes ~ love to all on the planet.  The spiral of upliftment is powerful in its ability to generate and spread joy, which acts as fuel to continue the spiral movement into greater joy.  Envision this spiral and know that with each smile, each peal of laughter, each skip, each twinkle of the eye you propel the spiral of increasingly loving vibration upon, within and extending from your beautiful Mother planet.

If joy seems elusive to you, be where you are; remember to be kind to yourself; release judgement; allow yourself to rest.  You have been struggling so long that exhaustion is calling to you to ease up, lay back, sit still, and, once [you are] a bit more practiced in this kindness to self, your energy will be cleansed and peaceful and begin to generate the energy of joy once more.  It is innate and seeks expression, delights in connection, and ultimately blesses all of the Universe and every level of Spirit like ripples on a pond.  Your smile is your pebble and yours to throw.  Have fun my dearest ones, have fun!  Mother Mary.

Earth Sky Fire & Snow

As we are ascending and moving beyond our 3-D commitment to separation — from God, from each other,  from the stream of Life itself — I sometimes wonder about the nature of our connectedness.  At times I have seen the elements as connectors:  air, water, earth and fire. As we take the air into our bodies, though our breath, and as the wind circulates air around the planet, we are all actually sharing breath. Through the water cycle, as we take in water through our bodies and release it, water in its myriad forms of puddles, brooks, waves, snow, clouds, and so on, form and reform, sharing the same molecules.  Earth connects us through the minerals in our food (going in and going out), the materials of our dwellings & clothing, as well as by the action of gravity as we contact earth with our feet.  Fire connects us as the transmutation of carbon- we are a carbon-based life form-  for our lights, cooking, heat, transportation, and as vital sunshine. 

But beyond these elements, HOW are we all connected? — if , as Jeshua once told me, we are.

In meditation, recently, I got an image of  beads strung on a mala – a string of prayer beads.  I got an understanding that “we are all God’s mala” , connected through our hearts which are open…  I asked for more information and got this message:

This is Jeshua and Mary speaking as one.

 We see this image of the beads and the thread and it is a good metaphor, if you add holes going back to front, and side to side as well as top to bottom… each bead has multiple exits and entrances, in fact, but all share a similarity in that the center of each bead is hollow, so that the string may pass though in any direction.

Imagine your energies now seated within and extending beyond your bodies. They are porous by nature, though it is possible to temporarily erect a non-porous shield, however, your natural divine state is porous.  The threads of energy, created by common experience – what you might call history – and shared emotion, shared thought, shared source, etc., are running through your energy in many directions and extending to your brothers and sisters all around you, but with flexible threads that vary in length.

Imagine the rubber toys you have with flexible spines in all directions [like sea urchins] having the capacity to elongate their spines infinitely, and to be connected to many other such shapes in a mutually beneficial bonding – you see?  We are moving beyond the idea of beads in a single strand into a multi-dimensional model with infinite numbers and types of connections to all expressions of life-energy, not just human, but also animal, devic, mineral and so forth.

In fact the expression of this multiplicity of connection IS the world which appears in front of you when you wake each morning, and the play-verse you inhabit when you drop your bodies in sleep each night.  It is the connection – the playful Unity – that results in creation, and creation, as a process, that creates connections as Life progresses and expands.

You have understood that you already are all connected through the elements of air, water, earth and fire, but you now can also see that on an etheric level you are connected as well, and the strands that you envision are really more like a plasma, like a medium, rather than a line, or even a series of lines.

When you think on the connective systems of communication, for example, it is easier for you to visualize, in a linear fashion, a telephone wire, and then to allow the complexity to develop until you can imagine how the wireless internet works.  It is not necessary, unless it interests you, to understand how everything in the universe works, the important thing is to become aware that it does indeed function, have life, progress and expand, into a myriad of experiences, each of which blesses you with further expansion and returns to bless our Source, our Creator parents, in an infinite cycle of extension and return, revolving and continuing in its infinity spiral of Life living Life.

Welcoming All to the Playground

Feb. 5, 2013… This message came the other day from Jeshua.  Before my meditation, I had been musing on how to bridge the gap between me and others I love who are not at all “interested” in the New Age as such.  Over these last years, I have ceased “imparting” my revelations and wondrous experiences,  but still felt some tension and worry that if they did not share my interest they might miss the ascension!  Ha.

Now that we have made it through the great portal and are all still here,  still having time together and enjoying our relationships, I’ve sensed that even if we were not discussing ascension, that we were still allowing it.  We are more relaxed together,  more playful,  more accepting.  It seems that we are communicating without words, feeling a  greater sense of ease and mutual appreciation.

It was really interesting to me that Jeshua would discuss what would be most helpful to me personally while still knowing it would be shared on the blog for everyone.   I trust there are many of us who are wondering about how the shift is appearing and feeling to our loved ones, without being willing to risk actually asking them, as that might set up more separation.  Oh, how adept and gentle we must be in these new energies to be completely respectful of others without denying our own truth.  (The teacher in me is learning not to speak. how amusing…)     So here is Jeshua’s message:

This is Jeshua.  I am most pleased to be invited to speak with you today.  My love to all of you. And great congratulations on the many ways you are opening to and playing within the new energies.  You are creating new energy signatures with every breath, every step, every gesture of your heart.  The new energy is being demonstrated by you, the Wayshowers, in clarity and depth to all who are just beginning to open their eyes to what “may” have changed.  Having been pretty certain nothing would change, they are slowly, and a bit timidly, experimenting with a sense of greater lightness, a hint of greater freedom in the air, a sense that some restrictive encasement has dissolved, and they are not having to clatter out in such raiment any longer. 

            Each person is entitled to their own pace, their own sensations as they allow themselves to adjust to this whiff of greater freedom, and it, of course, would not be a bit helpful for you – who have fully embraced these new energies – to be too domineering in your certainty.  Being “right” is a polarity energy and puts others in the “wrong”.  No one enjoys that feeling, so please be light in your presence, in the sense of [light] pressure, rather than lumens. A light touch,  a gentle presence, a still, steady, peaceful sense of reassurance will be more assistive than “I told you so,” or demonstrating your luminosity in a way that sets up competition.  No. 

            You all have levels of potential for growth, for expansion, that have not yet been tapped.  You are each a beginner in each new day, to the opportunities to become more fully yourself.  The image of all being in the same boat might be useful.   Many of you are very eager to validate your own growth by measuring it against another, but remember this is an old energy of duality.  In the new Earth,  comparison only serves to maintain division. A  simple, sincere presence of authenticity will be more helpful to newcomers.  You are all playing together now, some more exuberantly, some more shyly, but accept that the playground is for all.  Enjoy the diversity of individuals present, and relax. 

            You have all strived so in your effort to arrive at 2012, and to ensure your ascension and that of your nearest and dearest, that a certain pressure has been utilized which has affected you internally, as well as increased some defensiveness on the part of others who demand their own sovereignty.  There is a tendency to project one’s own fear of not being worthy of being part of the One onto others, who are frankly attending to other thoughts and feelings, and then to respond to their (perceived) rejection of you and what you have to offer by setting greater distance between you. 

            Now is the time for the healing of ALL Separation. Allowing each one their own gentle way forward, with all of your actions, will be most loving.  The operative word here is Allow, not Work.  In your sense of obligation to help others, it is possible to be a bit over-bearing.  Light-working can begin to shift now into light-allowing. 

            You are already luminous, my dear brothers and sisters; on your many levels you express the full spectrum of light.  You have been most courageous and compassionate in your dedication to bringing more of yourselves into presence for your own healing and for the healing of the whole planet.  Continue, my beloved ones, to allow light to expand within you in your everyday expressions, and to contribute your light, your love, to the whole, energetically, while at the same time, allowing each individual to find their own connection to the ever-expanding luminous ball of energy that you are all creating on and through and around Mother Earth.

            Hold the vision, the knowing, the feeling of your essence, while gently, softly, tenderly welcoming your brothers and sisters who are just now wiping the sleepy seeds from their eyes and wondering at the New Earth.

Grace Is Now Your Daily Bread

Preface to Mother Mary: Grace is Now Your Daily Bread, channeled by Rev. Jennifer Donaldson.

I read a lot on other new age blogs about how many lightworkers are feeling “disappointed” in the promised ascension, that things don’t appear different, and while I too hoped for a more dramatic increase in palpable light, i have come to trust that our collective pathway (which has been created already from our higher levels of wisdom in collaboration with our Teachers and Guides and Divine Parents) has been designed to be as gentle as we would allow, and timed perfectly for our individual wills, to choose the most sustainable pace.  What fun would it be to be catapulted through our remaining resistance, and then feel ourselves being sucked back down to the level we can sustain??

We have come such a very long way in our lifetimes, my dear Brothers and Sisters!  Let us be compassionate with ourselves and honor our own pace.   Impatience is natural under the circumstances, and I feel it too, but when I feel into it, it feels like it is rooted in fear of not arriving in time, not being able to keep up with others, not be “qualified” to ascend.  We share this on the human level, this tendency to worry that we won’t “make it”.  The polarity to this worrying is  “expectation” – perhaps we can soothe our fear of not ascending (missing the boat) with “hope”, with “expecting” everything to be SOON much better than it is now. 

This is our creatorship at work, we have a  fear, which is uncomfortable, so we project it into “making it better” in our minds.  Since it is not a creation based in love, it does not truly help us manifest anything “better” or more full of light.  When I feel into my love, my heart, I am reassured that we are progressing beautifully, and as we can allow more light into our knowing, more trust, we are ascending naturally.  When i feel the need for reassurance,  I find comfort in tuning in to the loving and positive words which are available from the higher realms. Sometimes, I find Mother Mary just right there, so this post conveys her words to us all.  Shared in love, Jennifer   (and now to the channeled message)>

Yes, dear.  I am most grateful for the opening you have created in this blog to share words of blessing and love, words of consolation and clarity, words of gladness and the gifts of grace.

Many think of me as full of grace ~ and I am.  It is my joy to maintain this full and open and LIVING connection to the flow of love ~ it is like standing in a waterfall, only the water is pouring through me as well as all around me, with the water being the living power of love.

It is indeed blissful and blessing-ful and from this fullness there is an unending pouring of sharing.  Come near and you will be splashed by the mist, entranced by the rainbows, moistened in the quickness of grace.  Let yourself step closer and be sprayed, get your hair wet, splash your hands in the cascading stream of life.

Oh, my dear ones, step entirely into the stream and feel the glorious energy ~ as Living Water ~ penetrating your crown chakra and coursing through your being. It is glorious! It is the most fun imaginable!  Do you hesitate? Do you not trust yourselves? Do you fear the power of the flow will carry you under?  The stream of Life will always carry you to greater life, more life, more love, expanded knowingness/awareness of bliss.

Be not afraid of your own response of bliss.  You have grown into this.  You have the capacity, now, for this ~ each of you who have heard your heart’s longing to know more of who you are.  You are love, dearest ones.  Allow yourself the experience of letting yourself feel an ever-expanding flow of being Love. LOVE> LIFE> FLOW> ENERGY> LIGHT ~ all one ~  this is your inheritance, given you by Your Divine Parents, from whom you became Life.

Your path has led you through the great portal of 12-21-12 and you are now coming through the fog and into the field of possibilities.  Explore my dear children!  If you are weary, you may sit in the sunshine and have your picnic and snooze a bit, but then, open your eyes to the New Earth that is birthed of your collective hearts and celebrate!

Play on her in all the literal/physical and metaphorical/spiritual ways you can find – splash in the waterfall, climb the peaks, stretch out in the sun on the sand with the surf tickling your toes.  You have arrived dearest ones!  Grace is now your daily bread – do not be afraid to open your mouths and taste the embodiment of divine love that is your New Earth.

Bit By Bit, The Big Picture

This post is a conversation with my Higher Self, which I call Amami (which roughly translates as LoveMyself — a challenge, isn’t it?)  After all the excitement of the Shift, which I saw as a portal from 12-12 to 12-21, 2012, and celebrated on Maui in sacred circle, after all the jubilation… there was a period of “not much happening” and then, for the last two weeks, a period of confusion, like  white-out conditions in a snow storm.  I couldn’t quite get my bearings, nothing seemed very real, or to be “important”.  Christmas passed gently and sweetly in a minimalist fashion (3 ornaments, a few cards, a little Christmas music,  family time, peaceful and loving).  New Year’s was the usual early bed in this household.  And yet, the ending of the old/beginning of the new felt Different, more significant than anything I have known in my lifetime.  Under the surface, it felt like Everything had changed… placing before me (and all of us) a clean slate on which to draw a new picture. I began to entertain some radical new ideas and drop other plans that had felt so pressingly important just a month earlier.  This stirred the confusion of course, though it was interesting to some part of me that used to get so caught up in Plans.  I went to my trusty Inner Guide for some clarity.  Here’s the conversation:

Me:  I want to see the big picture!  I feel I am being given it pixel by pixel and it’s taking sooooo long to load!

Amami:  This is the journey you have chosen.  Accept each pixel with wonder and appreciation. Each pixel is a bit of the whole and contains clues, wisdom, inspiration, truth.

Me: I guess I see the pixels and say “this is so tiny, so small.”  Like a snowflake, it is beautiful and unique, and a precious part of the whole, but I feel so impatient!

Amami:  It is because you are afraid you will miss  something,  miss seeing important bits, miss seeing the final one which would complete the picture and thereby miss the whole picture.  You are afraid you will sleep through it, or fail to appreciate enough to be allowed to be given the wondrous final experience.  This is not possible.  You have the rest of Eternity to see the big picture.  This time is for the game of the puzzle.   See the picture slowly unfold, appearing as it is put together piece by piece – Through Your Experience.   You are not being Given the pixels, they are your choices – your experiences.  Enjoy the process.  It is inevitable anyway,  you might just as well have fun!

A Thousand Years of Peace, year one…

Catching up after a whirlwind period…  How has it been for you?  Today the winter world of Vermont is white with a great comforter of sparkling rainbow snow… and warmer…  the sun seems more beautiful each day to me…

I had a glorious time on Maui where i went to join some others whom i love dearly to celebrate the opening of the great portal, on 12-12-12.  We stood in a group of about 50 who traveled from many areas of the world- Australia, Japan, Canada, USA, England, Austria and Germany and more-  within the walls of a Hawaiian temple ( Kukuipuka heiau) and celebrated  our oneness and our emerging into the light of the new era (which we are told will become known as the Thousand Years of Peace.)  There was Temple dancing passed down from the ancient Lemurian temples, singing and music, prayers in the ancient language, toning together, seeing/greeting on the soul level, much aloha, channeling from Emmanuel and Jeshua (with much congratulations), and rainbows!   The most amazing rainbow displayed itself in the ocean below the heiau, coming out of the water and going back in, a huge arc, with all the colors, and the most amazing aspect was the vision of the rays of heaven coming in streams of white from under the arc to the ocean and back again. it looked/felt like energies were using this as a portal, coming and going in the streams of light.  Wow.  Four hours passed like an hour and a half and i can’t remember much of what happened, but those are some of the highlights… that day and the next three on Maui were filled with love and laughter and sharing and embracing and dancing in the wonderful energies of acknowledging and celebrating our newly emerging joyful consciousness. i felt so fulfilled by taking this journey and trusting myself  to be where i needed to be for that wondrous initiation of the new era.

Things have been quiet and gentle, since… the 21st was a footnote for me after the 12th…

I’m continuing to read alot of channelings, especially on Oracles and Healers, and think about where i want to take this blog.  Our divine Papa and Mama encourage me to share more of my own words… to let go of thinking what they have to say is “better” than our own wisdom in alignment with our own soul.  We are at a time when we are learning to be more of who we are, learning to “own” our wholeness and to give it space and creative expression.  Yes, and i still find the voices of our beloved friends in the higher dimensions to be of great comfort and encouragement.  Perhaps you do too  (we are where we are:)

Here is a short message I got on Maui when communing with Papa and Mama after asking for a message to share.

“We desire that all know of their own divine expression, each one blossoming into wholeness, each one finding their connection through the etheric rootedness to ALL That IS. 

Rejoice, beloveds – the day has come!  Each day a day like no other, to be celebrated and revelled in. 

Roll like piggies, our darlings,  in the love-mud oozing from your Mother Earth’s joy in her own ascension. 

Play like puppies, licking one anothers’ faces, and wagging your tails in exceeding joy. 

Swim like dophins, beloveds, in the ocean of Love sustaining you effortlessly in all your needs, guiding you through any weather, soaking in majestic waves of love. 

You have arrived, precious ones, into the time of your delight.  Sing, dance, rejoice and play… and all is well.”

Election Day USA: a message from Jeshua & Mary

~ Happy day everyone! got this message this morning and just now getting to post it. Am going out on a limb here, in seeing the results as hugely positive before they are announced, but personally i feel it is better to hold the light through this process, hold the space for the greatest good to come through, and just trust, rather than worry and fear.  Bless us all, everyone (HUG), Jennifer

This day is of great significance for, not only, your country but for the world civilization that is actively forming during these times. All places in your world long for the blessing of waking each day to a safe, gentle, open and abundant world.

Your choice today will not only slowly heal the polarity in your nation, but will initiate the era of peace for all people. Energy spreads, and the intention of opening into a new era filled with a deep and broad respect, even reverence for all of life, will be the opportunity which beckons, and indeed now waits, with gleeful anticipation, for each of you dear souls to step through into your lighter, happier expressions of individual blossoming. Message from Papa

Hi everyone, blessings on this fine day!   This message is from our Father… as ascension brings us closer to Source, I have been amazed and heartened and deeply delighted at the personal aspect of All That Is, and our ability to know and communicate with Him (there is Divine Mother too, but that will be for another sharing).   For me, developing this relationship of trust and abiding love has been so wonderful, I cannot put it adequately in words.  I dwell in amazement  (sounds like a Mary Oliver  poem – something like  “may I live my life like a bridegroom married to amazement” — YES!) Discovering each other is so fun! When invited to give him a name, I fished around for what felt right.  Lesley Michaels who channels Him calls him Dad, but I had a beautiful earthly Dad so that name doesn’t work as well for me. I played with Abba for a year  (as our brother Jeshua was said to use) and that felt closer to who He is for me, then recently it has shifted to just Papa.  this is the first time I have posted a message from Him,  and i send it out with love to you all.   Jennifer

Father, speak to us.

Be at peace, my Children.  I serve you in all ways.

There is not a tear or which I am not aware.

I share your laughter and your delight.

I shine upon you, in you and though you.

You are my beloved and I care for you all ways.

You have chosen to be born into physicality and I would not take this experience away from you.  Living on Earth, as you well know involves experiencing polarity, the spectrum of opposites, with all the possible gradations.  Of course, some of these experiences are awful to you, some are wonderful, this is polarity.  You are gathering a great wealth of experience and memory which, when you leave the Earth, becomes most precious to you, and you keep these memories in conscious appreciation and you share freely with all the other souls who form the One.

We are connected in the great web of life, vibrating at many frequencies, but sharing the one life in multiple expressions.  There is no spider in this web, in the sense of a being who catches and devours!  And yet, this little creature in your realm does a most beautiful crafting of a symbol which inspires your memory of a pattern of wholeness, and for this little spider is most blessed.

Is there a creator of the greater web of LIFE?  Of course.  And yet, your perception of creator as separate from creation is a limited understanding based on physical perspective.  Creator becomes the created, and the created goes on to create in turn.  Creation is Becoming and Being ~ in a continuous eternal movement of expansion and saturation of awareness. Each year of your growth, your experiences bring expansion, do they not?  You do not revert to six when you are finished with being ten? No.  You continue to gather information and perception – memories that accumulate.  So, too, with the universe.  And yet there are also periods of rest, peace, pausing to allow the experiences to saturate and integrate.

Take your meditation times, your moments of solitude and peace and allow the full richness of your daily experiences, each chapter in your life’s adventure to saturate your pores, your many levels of mental, emotional, physical and energetic beingness and integrate ~ with appreciation, with valuing your precious earthly moments, with blessing in your hearts for the amazing splendor of being life.  I am with you now and all ways.

I would like to offer a message on my blog today, would there be some message that would be helpful at this time?
This is Gabriel. I wish to offer you great congratulations on the ease and gentleness with which you are absorbing the offered light from the higher realms.  This is offered in a loving wave of support for all of life on the planet, absorbed by plants and animals in a most welcome and natural way, but the human has sometimes layers of resistance (called fear) which “inter-fere” or block what will be very beneficial.  It is based in ingrained caution, and habitual lack of trust that the environment in which you live will be[ harmful]  in fact [it is] far more nurturing than dangerous. It is difficult for some/many to believe in the benign possibility and yet re-establishing this as a possibility is exactly what is birthing the new Earth. As you relax into trust in life to be NOTHING BUT A BLESSING to you in all moments, then you begin to strengthen your new belief in your freedom.
Each of you carried levels of caution and these act to stick your feet to the ground in a traction that keeps you fastened midway between the old and the new.  Can you just pick up your feet and find the new freedom? Yes, but if this seems too difficult, try slipping out of your shoes – believe me, your bare feet are a means of communication with life on Mother Earth which most of you have effectively muffled.  Take time each day,especially in your seasons of warmth, but even in your cold you would be pleasantly surprised to learn that the Mother’s body is warm.  Try this daily prayer of setting your bare feet on the Earth, the grass, garden soil, rock, sand, even brick or slate, any material that carries the living vibration of Mother Gaia, and know that this simple, even wordless, communion with her is blessing your body, your energy, and grounding you in a most effective way into your Mother’s love and support.
By practicing the bare feet you are saying : I am open to the blessings, the goodness, the healing, the love, the acceptance, the life-giving energy of the One who holds me in this physical realm.  You are saying: I am open, I receive, I acknowledge a substantial relationship which contributes enormously to my beingness as human soul.  Rest for a bit, then walk, move, dance, skip – you will be energized and blessed and offered every measure of support.  Speak to her in words if you like, knowingshe is alive too, conscious on a much larger scale than you, and capable and even desirous of responding to you in many varied languages.  Listen, watch, wait for her.  She has waited so long for you to re-establish your relationship with her. Let your trust and your delight grow every day and this will become a supreme gift.
