In our channeling group, we were wondering about the practice of forgiveness…and that sparked a really good answer channeled from one of our Council of Love Ascended Masters, my beloved Mary Magdalen. She is so smart about feelings. As we approach the New Year, and leave 2024 behind, it seems like a valuable spiritual practice to forgive ourselves and each other, to live and let live, to let go and bless. Jennifer: I’m just aligning and receiving: opening my heart and crown… giving my ego some toys to play with, maybe some candy. Get him all sugared up. For some reason, my ego is a he– it’s very funny! …. Ah, so Maggie is here.
Mary Magdalen: Dear ones, I’m grateful for your presence. I’m grateful for your loving circle. I’m grateful for the opportunity to speak with you after my beloved Yeshua spoke with you at the Fall class [Who’s Yeshua? at OLLI, with Linda Dillon channeling Yeshua on forgiving]. I would be happy to elaborate on both of these topics.
Let us begin with forgiveness. Yes, it is extremely important in these times, because it is difficult to hold your divine neutrality without it, whereas if you can say to yourself that you forgive yourself —for your humanity and for everything you didn’t understand that was less than love or that led to an expression of less than the love that you are— you will be elevating yourself to a place where you can observe and offer love both ways, within and without. You see? And forward and backward.
Think also about loving your self of 40 years ago, 50, 60, years ago, 10 years ago, love yourself for the mistakes you made. You are human. Life is about mistakes. The human life is a wonderful arena, a playground, in which to make mistakes. And some of you have become so afraid of making a mistake and so punishing to yourselves when you do so. And this is not helpful. This carries a residue of heaviness within you.
First of all, you will feel some anger, because no one should have to carry this heaviness for so long. And secondly, you will carry some shame, because you think that others will judge you, or have judged you, or you have somehow created a mess in a way that is not forgivable. It is all forgivable. It is all forgivable.
As Yeshua said, forgiving is a way to wipe the slate clean, and you do have with your sovereignty, your divine sovereignty, the supreme ability, the divine ability to forgive and to wipe the slate clean. So allow yourself that. Clarity leads to clarity. Allow yourself that purity, which you essentially are, to be the spokesperson for your being, to be the presence, to be your Divine Presence.
So, the forgiving within, and the forgiving without, and the forgiving without works in the same way. You allow others that same tender understanding that they are human. They do not know what they are doing, they do not understand what they are doing, and those few who may understand and still prefer to stir the pot, so to speak, will be forgiven as well, because anyone in the fullness of their own divinity would not choose to create chaos of this type.
And so they are not in the fullness of their own being. They have perhaps forgotten. They have, perhaps at some point, denied themselves the ability to be fully good, to be fully love. They are, in many cases, punishing themselves so harshly that they believe they are only capable of evil, of ill, of mis-creation, you see, so… it’s, well, “If I am not going to love and I’m not going to be loved, then I’m just going to create as much trouble as I can.”
You understand this, you have all had twinges of this, perhaps in a situation in which you were held unjustly apart from the love of those who you love. Yes, this is part of the human experience, all aspects of separation. But is it ultimately truethat we are separate from one another? No. This is the illusion. This is the illusion, the illusion of separation, you see. So all are, all are forgivable, and you are capable of forgiving all, as you give them the same loving tenderness that you can offer to your own dear self. And you know your own ability to love and your own desire and longing to be understood and accepted and loved, despite your faults, despite your choices, which at times have caused some harm.
….. I so enjoy our coming together in this way. It is a great pleasure for me, and thank you for all that you are contributing to the world at this time by your being you, in the many ways that that expresses.

Hope you had a beautiful Thanksgiving Day… mine did not turn out the way I expected, as some family were sick. So we postponed a few days. At first I felt sad and disappointed, but as the day went on, I discovered that opportunities opened up: deeper connection to those I did see, time to myself in the studio, so rare, and the chance to sit with myself and explore the depths of gratitude. In the fullness of love, I would like to share my thanksgiving prayer with you ~ Jennifer
And as I settle into my heart, I ask my Higher Self and my Guides to come closer, to take my hand, pat me on the back, caress my cheeks, smooth my hair, kiss my brow. Thank you all. Thank you, my Guides, for all that you do for me. Thank you to the ones who I know intimately and to the ones who are still a little unknown to me. Thank you for all who assist me in this human life, keeping me out of danger, alerting me to my opportunities, helping me settle into the emotions that I am feeling in any given time, helping me to wring the truth, the beauty and the lesson from each experience.
I AM deeply grateful to Mama and Papa for creating me in the first place. And for giving me the power to create also my life as it comes to me. I’m grateful for understanding that it is a movie that I am projecting, that it is myself that is outside of me and the universe that is within. Somehow we are backwards in our thinking, thinking we are nothing within and that what is outside is everything.
Oh, I know this is a conundrum and difficult to understand, but I am beginning to glimpse this truth: All that I Am and all that I’ll ever Be is within me, there in the wholeness, there in the stillness and there in the embrace of Mother/Father/God.
There is a perpetual hug going on, an infinite embrace. It is a very loose embrace, there is much movement afforded, but we are all truly connected by love. And what is that but an embrace?
I wish to thank all of my brothers and sisters on the planet, those I don’t know and those that I do, those whose faces I know, and those who are new to me, those who are dear to me and those who are very close. Thank you for the friendship, the love, the support and encouragement. Thank you for the laughs and thank you for the good times and the explorations, thanks for all of your creativity and your amazing minds. Thank you for leading the way. Thank you for following. Thank you for walking with me, hand in hand,.
Bless this beautiful physical planet, bless the light emanating from it and the love imbued in every cell, every grain of sand, every needle on every pine tree, every tiny insect and every beautiful butterfly, every humming bird and every albatross, every little mouse and every amazing elephant, the land animals, the mammals in the sea and all the beautiful fish and the creatures who live in water, especially the wonderful octopus. Thank you all for sharing this planet with me.
Thank you all for being in this physical realm, this amazing physical adventure, this 3D/ 4D/ 5D movie, this whole created reality. Together with our amazing, amazing Divine Parents, all who have come before and all who will follow, thank you for this amazing life in this amazing place. I do so love this world. I do so love Mother Earth in all her glory. Thank you, Mother, for sustaining us.
Thank you to my beloved teachers, the Ascended Masters, the Archangels, and all who have encouraged me on the path to my joy. I do now claim Joy. I claim the giggles, I claim the smiles, I claim the heartwarming glances. I claim the joy of driving down the road and seeing beauty left and right. I claim the joy of waking each morning to the light streaming into my home. I claim the joy of hearth and home, of affection, kindness and companionship.
I know the joy of extended family, those born into the same family as me. I feel the joy of those born to me, and the joy of those born to those born to me, so precious, so precious. I carry the joy of those who came before, my parents, my aunts and uncles, grandparents and ancestors. Thank you.
Because of everyone and everything, I am who I am today, I am in the joyous moment of this Now, this gratitude prayer. Thank you. Thank you All.
Thank you to each one of you who have read this, each one of you who will, each one of you who extends your love to meet mine, that together we may weave a more wonderful world.
Thank you to my team, my old friends, my new friends, to all who lend their hearts to the common good and the blessing of friendship. I am deeply grateful, sweetly grateful, blessedly grateful, ever grateful for what is now and all that is to be.
May we go forth in heart, may we go forth hand in hand, walking together, expanding our love, expanding our light, lifting up, embracing, consoling and inspiring.
