A Channeling Session with my friend Rob, and Divine Father, July 12, 2024
Jennifer: Right. So. The images that are going on are that I am centering in my heart, that I’m feeling my shoulders, like something is growing on either shoulder, like there’re little wing buds or something. Then I felt that I was climbing up a ladder through my crown, my crown was wide open. And I was… there’s this ladder coming up; I’m dressed in white, and I’m climbing this ladder. There are stars at the top of the ladder, just a whole firmament of white, pinprick lights, brilliant, pure, beautiful light in a field of black…
(Laughter) It collapsed into a cartoon: there are cows around me going “What is this lady doing?” It’s like a cartoon… Okay, so I’m just enjoying a warm summer evening, in a meadow and the cows are resting; I’m just walking through the meadow with this beautiful, beautiful sky overhead… I’m seeing a path glittering on water… there’s water on the edge of the field; it goes down to the ocean and there’s a glittering white path of moonlight. If I just step right off the land and into the water, I can walk along that path toward the moon and I see my wings are the energy of wingless, expanding tenfold, becoming huge. There’s a lot of whirring and ssshhhhh, wind-sound…
I’m coming to a place that’s yellow, golden, very soft like the softest grass, like the belly of my cat. Soft underfoot and soft around my ankles, very silky and sweet. It’s a place I can rest, a place that I can be with The Father, in this beautiful gold…
I feel we can have a conversation, if I begin to channel him…
Divine Father: Yes, My dearly beloved daughter. You are exploring your own beingness and your ways of connecting with Us. We are quite happy for you to feel so free and so confident, to trust yourself and your moving forward in your path-taking. For a long time you worried that you perhaps would never reach a place where you felt you could connect completely with Us. But, you see, it is not your time to leave the body. And so one of the ways you are discovering to connect with Us is through this imagery, through this felt intuitive experience. And of course through our conversations, through our communing heart to heart, and heart to another. We are delighted for you to have come to this with such ease.
Do you have any questions that you would like to ask?
Jennifer: Well, I didn’t have any questions, when I started out. I was just in awe of Rob’s journey through the stars. And how easy it was to navigate through him, along with him, as though I were a passenger, or something in his pocket. And I’m interested in our ability to.. to be in many places at once, to be in more than one place at once. Certainly, I’m sitting here in the chair and still I’m with You in this beautiful golden softness. I was with Rob and his journey and still sitting in my chair.
Divine Father: Yes, you are coming to this; it is a great mystery until you realize how very simple it is. You have the capacity within you to be in multiple locations at once interacting in multiple ways, and it is a confidence that will grow with you, so that you become more comfortable with your true nature, which has no real limitations. Yes, you are going to retain your hold on your body, you are going to continue to be connected to, through the silver cord, through a crystal such as Rob used, or through your gold ring which you wear on your hand. You will continue to anchor in your own body, but you’re free to float forth, to flow forth, to travel anywhere that you would like to go and stay as long as you like.
Of course there is an overriding purpose which you will want to honor. There are commitments you have made which you will continue to honor. It is true that once a commitment is made, it is best for that commitment to be pursued until it resolves itself, and is open to more spaciousness, and perhaps change, that comes naturally in its own perfect time.
You do not need to fear that there are places where you will go too far, be gone too long and “royally screw something up” —to use your terminology. We can see your fears. We do know that which you find intimidating. You are afraid of your own power, each of you, but as you take these steps, you find that you are safe, that you are sovereign, your choice will be respected and your choices will be supported. We are greatly pleased to play with you in these ways.
So when you are in a bind, such as needing to be in several places at the same time, just trust that We will shift the timeframe slightly to allow for the greatest grace and ease of fulfilling your commitments. Even though it seems you have painted yourself into a corner, found yourself, or created yourself, into a bind, a knot —no. It may be perceived this way at first and if it does, then certainly ask for help, for We can loosen this knot, We can ease the binding, We can allow the placement within time of the different occurrences to be the most honoring of the peace that you are, the love that you are, the multiple purposes which you carry.
So just as you have wondered about the alignment of vehicles and bicycles and people, humans, animals, along a street or roadway— you feel uncomfortable when they all align in a single line and it looks like someone is going to be in danger or someone will be crushed, someone will be squeezed uncomfortably— and you have wondered why this “always” seems to happen.
You have found this to be a source of frustration and it rises fear in you and anger in you. And then, today, your realization that you are creating this, by seeing it as happening, always happening. “Why does this always happen? It is terrible,” [you say]. You just recreate it, my dear. You just recreate it –until you see it differently. Just as you recreate the knots in your life where your energy is required in several directions at once. Begin to trust that you do not have limitations, that there is a time for rest and a time for peace.
Yes, there’s a time for action. And when you are in the mode of action, just trust that it will all turn out perfectly well. Sometimes, without your presence and that is perfectly fine. Everyone else on the planet is capable of living their lives without your help. Indeed, isn’t that a wonder? So trust the moment. Trust your heart. Trust your choices. Trust your journeys and your travels. And know that We are always with you. You may forget, but We do not.
Jennifer: Thank you, Papa. Thank you for taking this time with me. And it’s been a great beautiful pleasure. And if there is a little bit more time before my daughter arrives, can you open the floor to Rob, if this is appropriate, right now? [discussion on the side] Go ahead, Rob.
Rob: I’m wondering if we could ask for your help now, your assistance to ensure that our offerings, Jen and me, our offerings reach the greatest number of people for the highest good of all. Whatever those offerings are.
Divine Father: We are most pleased to amplify, to expand, to assist in the expansion of the energy, but know that if you offer something to three people, the expansion will take place; it does not always need to be visible to you. You will in the future have situations where you have a larger audience or you have even more opportunities for certain activities coming to you. This will be greatly fulfilling, you will find the next phase of your life to be very exciting, and a fulfilling of your sense of wanting to be of assistance to the planet, to the greatest number. We know your hearts; We know that this is your deepest desire. And know that We are amplifying this, so that the energy is reaching all, all on the planet, all who are open, all who are ready, all who are receiving from the universe greater knowledge, greater understanding.
The energy is just coalescing and dispersing and coalescing and dispersing at all times based on what has been created by your fellow human beings and other forms of life as well. But if you are putting out there greater understanding, if you are putting out there a vision of unity, a vision of love, you can be sure that this energy is being dispersed and carried to where it can do the most good.
Even if you only ever taught one more class in your life, and then suddenly found yourself deceased — this is not going to happen, but if it were to happen— I want you to know that the energy of your love, the energy that you have created for the good of others, your brothers and sisters on the planet, and for the good of Mother Earth Herself, will continue and will grow. It all expands. We will find many ways to do this together and you will enjoy the process. Does this answer your question?

Divine Father: We are greatly in your debt. We understand that to operate within the blindfold of the human body takes great courage and great love. And for this We treasure you. I will transition now to my usual position around you and within you and know that you carry My Love Always.

Jennifer: I actually would like to talk with Mary Magdalene because I have a whole lot of questions, so let’s see. Let’s see what happens… I might get some little fairy, a “fairy named Mary” (laugh)…. I just want to share the imagery that’s coming to me. The infinity sign in front, in and back, and side to side and just in one long continuous loop, kind of like the Celtic loop, front and back, side to side and then filling in the four corners and then giving it a spin, and having it spin really fast. It kind of set up this beautiful kind of… I can’t quite explain it, except it’s a beautiful energy and then I’m in the middle of it and, and then I asked Mary Magdalen if she was around and she said, “When you are ready,” I have to trust that.
Mary, thank you for showing me this beautiful image of us, blending our energies together. This is what’s so helpful to me, to feel you and Yeshua and Mother and Father in perfect balance around my heart, around my core and moving together into a spin, a spin. It’s not a vortex. It’s not anything destructive, of course, like a hurricane. But there’s a beautiful spin, that’s like balancing a top, the way you spin a top. And there you are spinning… so I just so appreciate the centrality. It feels very nurturing and very energetic in a beautiful way, the opposite of stagnant, I guess, flourishing.
Mary Magdalen: Yes, this is Mary Magdalen. Maggie as you enjoy calling me. I am very much your sister. I’m very much your balance. I’m happy to balance you, Yeshua is happy to balance you, Mother and Father are happy to balance you to the balance point, where you can whirl and twirl and spin to your heart’s delight. It is like your skaters when they do their iridescent spins. When they are performing, it is a lovely thing to be in a spin like that. And then to come out of it with such beautiful grace.
This is a fine place to begin a channeling. You wonder sometimes if it is completely fine to set aside some of your earlier rituals, some of your first-taught “You must do this and then do this and then your crack and your candle, et cetera, et cetera. Those are given to you if you need to find your way into an unfamiliar place. But this place has become so familiar and so comfortable to you… but it is wise to sit quietly and allow either the imagery or the words to begin flowing. In your case the imagery is something which comes easily to you and gives you a great deal of delight. And so we begin with that.
Now, you have questions about my life, my life on the Earth. And you wonder about all of the different versions and all of those claiming to be listening to me and hearing me and knowing exactly what all these answers are to these different things and you hear one thing and then you hear another and they seem to conflict and, just understand, Dear One. Just understand that each of you is in your own place. Your own position in your awareness, in your blossoming into your full divinity. Each of you is in your own stage of that. But there is a great deal of curiosity about my life and there is a great deal of love for me coming from the planet to which I do heartily respond. And I am most happy to work with anyone who reaches out to me. But you must understand that the results will vary. And this is completely fine. If this person in all sincerity has talked with me and feels that they know the answer to, for example, how many children I had, then you will get one answer and they will back it with all of their sincerity. And that is fine, and then someone else will go through the same process, but in a different place, and will receive a different answer.
So you see some of these discrepancies are based on the parallel lives. Some of these discrepancies are based on your parallel lives, some on the different variations of what I lived when I was in the physical. You see, so all of these things can be true. And the same is true for how long did Yeshua live after he supposedly died? You see, this is a big question in your mind. We can see these questions. We see them. They’re like cloud formations in your blue sky. It doesn’t matter. It truly doesn’t matter. You will continue to discover answers which suffice you at the time or expand you at the time. They may enlarge your idea of what is possible or as [your teammate] has said, they will bring to you some new understandings of what was originally told. And this is important. It doesn’t matter that they’re all in perfect agreement.
There was in fact, an Akashic record which was created through our lifetime together. Yes, and if you wish to consult this Akashic record about anything particular, you are most welcome to do so. If you wish to ask us, we will give you the answer which seems best for you, at that time. It may slant a little bit one way or a little bit another way. It may come, congruently, to you to match a different answer, just for the peace of mind that this will establish.
You see there is no right or wrong, ultimately. There is only love. And these details are embroideries. Does this version of it have blue beads or red beads. Does it have gold threads or silver threads? It doesn’t really matter. You see? What matters is that we taught the love and we taught the divinity and this is why we have brought it back to you in this era. We want you all to know that you are our full brothers and sisters, that we love you dearly and forever, and that we will help you in any way that we can. Because we recognize your full divinity and we know that coming to recognize your own is, is a process; it takes some time.
There are the different stages, there is the caterpillar, and the chrysalis, you see? And then the full butterfly emerges— and they do not live very long in your world. What happens when the butterfly dies? This would make a poem would it not? You see…Reborn again, reborn again in a higher dimension, flying happily in the sixth or seventh dimension and then it chooses to go through more, more incarnations. That same beautiful soul material will continue to form bodies until it no longer desires to do so. Do the details of the design on the wings of the butterfly matter exactly? Does the butterfly have to make absolutely certain that the black is in the right place and the orange is in the right place, and the gold dots are in just exactly the right place for it to qualify as a butterfly? No. You see, do not become lost in the details; they will often lead you astray. And because of your human tendency to want to be correct, to want to be right, or wrong, they will often spark an unsettled feeling in the mind of others.
So just remember that the details are not as important. And you do understand, Jennifer, how to read Akashic Record. If you wish to consult the Akashic record about someone else, because your intent is to be as pure as possible in what you offer, then you will receive an answer; you will receive a true picture. But remember it is not so that you can be right or wrong. It is so that you can reach the heart more deeply of those who you are speaking with, and so that you can deepen your trust and your love, the love that you are….

A wonderful episode from our channeling group session last week: Enjoy!
Jennifer: Seeing the water …is is like this beautiful kind of jade green. But clear. The walls of the cave are like this dark, dark, dark brown. If you look up, the walls come in and there’s a circle of light at the top that’s blue, like the blue behind Roxanne, brilliant blue and the sun’s coming in and they’re little plants that are hanging on the walls. I like to just hang out in that water, stretch out in it and float, it feels so contained. It feels like a kiva, like being in a kiva that was created by Mother Earth, built with the water of life and emotion and life, life-giving water. Life-receiving water. Life-sustaining water. So if I float, I just feel held, peaceful, calm. There is a balcony around 10 feet up from the surface of the water and there’s sometimes people looking down…
Teammate 1: That would be those of us in the peanut gallery.
Jennifer: I think of it, sometimes ,as the Ascended Masters…could be our friends, our guides, just passers-by. Know how, in a dream, you can show up in a dream and in a funny location and there’s somebody else you know in that same location? It’s kind of like that. All right, well, I’m getting [that I am] describing ‘out there’ and it’s actually ‘in here’. It’sthe well of my heart, the water of my body, my body of water, warm and nurturing. Pure green/ blue, restful and peaceful. Restoring, restorative. Today I’m just stretching out like floating. I love to float with my arms out and my legs out and my head back, just feel the water holding me up.
Now, I’m getting tickled from underneath. (laughs). It’s funny. It was like a little mer-man, down there, kind of blue, was tickling me.
There’s fish coming out of my belly button. That’s pretty funny, popping out like goldfish.
My hair is turning into seaweed, but it’s very pale compared to the seaweed in New England. It’s very pale, beautiful emerald green, that’s very like hair. All over my head and coming out fingers and my toes, like I’m a part of this. I’m some kind of Angel of the earth. Made of Earth-beingness, made of water and Spirit
And I have…I feel like I can pump around the pool very quickly, like a frog, upside down, if I want. (giggling) Alright, so now, I’m kind of playing like a frog, kind of flipping around, and diving in and coming up…
Settling back down now… My eyebrows are green, and I have green lips and green whiskers (giggle, laugh)
Oh my gosh, I’m half seaweed!
Speaking from this Mer-being: But it is by being this Being, who is also a part of me, that I am able to be the Jennifer that you know, because we are multiple in our oneness. We have multitude of expression, some surprising! And it is very much fun to show you – to you, to show me – to me.
Be visible in new ways…Part of…Settled into …Coming from….Dancing with….Splashing and playing ….and there is the leapfrog – that is fun too
And above is our Mother’s blue and our Father’s sky….Father’s pure air ….Our Mother’s blanket of love ….Gaia’s beautiful, beautiful dark dark dark, earthy, rocky brown
So beautiful ….And I’m happy to play in this body, in this pool.
We are ever present as an aspect of you. You will find your own aspects as well. We love to introduce ourselves, but you may dismiss us as your own fantasy. But it is true, you are a multiplicity. Yes, I think that it is taught, when you begin as one cell and become many, even in just the creation of this one body that you wear now, where you inhabit you infuse with your love,
the soul likes to play in many forms.
We are most grateful to come forward, to become visible to you today.
See, the Earth truly is a library for the universe. There are diverse species and beings in higher vibration next to the physical species that you enjoy in your nature programs. Perhaps in time your documentaries will show the accelerated beings who are also present within your beautiful Gaia. She is hosting representations of life from the entire universe. Many of them not yet visible, but they will become so, if you take the time to see.
We are an ancient species. We all have our home world, places where we first took form. Although we have birthed ourselves in the physical in these other worlds, many, many times, this does not mean this is the only place where we have taken the physical form. I could call myself an Earthling. But really, I am universal. I am a universal being, because I so enjoy playing in the places of beauty and water all over our universe. My home planet was Venus. I do carry the green and the blue, and the great love of the Mother, the Father.
I am most delighted to have this opportunity to talk with you today.
I wonder if anyone has any questions, and if not I shall go back to my floating.
Teammate 2: I do. I would absolutely love to be able to see accelerated light beings such as yourself. Any guidance on how I can do that?
Mer-being: Yes. Find yourself in a beautiful place. Sit quietly. Close your eyes, for you will see them more quickly without the physical eyes. The physical screen is greatly distracting to the inner vision at times, usually. So allow your inner vision to bring to you the sightings that you long for. Does this help?
2: Yes it does. Thank you so much.
Teammate 3, you have a question as well?
3: Yes, so, I’m trying to understand. You’re a being of Jennifer? A version of her? Her Higher Self? You said, you’re part of the soul, I’m not sure I understand.
Mer-being: The soul is expressing in many different being-nesses, in many different versions of physicality, in many vibrations.
3: Well! We’ll have to talk more about that (laughing). I don’t know what to say.
Mer-being: Perhaps begin to visualize it this way. The soul is more of a cluster than you think.
3: I see. And more of us… So you’re part of Jennifer?
Mer-being: mhm [yes]
3: But are other parts of her somewhere else?
Mer-being: Yes.
3: That’s where we’re going with this…
Mer-being: And she is part of me, we are related, like cousins.
3: Cousins.
Mer-being: Trying to use a metaphor, simile or something.
3: I’ll let the teachers here help me after.
Teammate 1: How shall we refer to you? By what name?
Mer-being: My name is rather complicated, but for your purposes: “Anya” will serve.

4/12/2024 I envisioned relaxing in the warm clear waters of my inner cenote, a cave-like swimming hole in volcanic rock, as a way to begin channeling this week and another angel popped in, surprising me entirely! Enjoy! and Happy Spring <333
Jen: I don’t know who I’m channeling or anything…
Teammate: We’ll see who shows up at the cenote today.
Jen: (laughs) That beautiful cenote…
I got a really cool image, I have to share with you. You know how they say we’re All One? It’s like, we’re all made out of paper; like, a ream of white paper and each one of us is a piece of that paper that has a different drawing on it. But we’re all paper. That’s how we can be different and One at the same time. I thought that was cool….
I just have to share what’s happening, because I don’t know what to make of it. I was in the cenote and suddenly I had this blow-up toy that was a little unicorn. And I was just kind of sitting in the middle of this inner-tube with a unicorn head (laughing), and then I started hearing that there [were angels around me]… so I said ‘Who wants to talk to me?’ and I heard ‘Angel’. And I’m like, ‘Okay, what, who? what?’ And I got Angelica Nobis*, but I don’t know what to do with that. [in Latin: Angelica Nobis translates as Angel or messenger of God to Us.]
Teammate: Talk to her.
Jen: All right. I’m open to talking with you. I’d love to have you talk with us. We’re all yours. Can you tell us a little bit about you? And what you enjoy about being with us?
Angelica Nobis: Well, I’m delighted to be here. I am very young and very old. I am a cherub and I am the most ancient of angels. I am one who is very touched by your gatherings, by the leap of faith that you make when you come together, by the blessed energy that you enter with such delight. You support one another in touching the most exquisite feeling states of Oneness with us.
I have my own beingness, my own expression, my own piece of paper —and we do love this image— but I do not have a lot of details about myself which are important, just that I am very drawn, as are many of us who are nameless still, to the exquisitely sweet energy of your open hearts, and your earnest minds. You are delightful beings who go from laughter to the deepest, most profound questions in a moment. You are brought together by your compatibility and your similarities of commitment, to your earthly incarnation, to bringing light and love to all in your circle, to bringing greater understanding to all who you know.
And, to answer your question, Jennifer, about the teaching and wanting to feel that you are somehow more effective because you have more formalized arrangements here, there and everywhere. Well, just know that this is largely a result of your own educational process, not only with the institutions of learning and the schools you have attended, the different kinds of learning opportunities you have attended. You think that you must be involved in all of these to be able to express your heart’s desire to bring greater understanding to your brothers and sisters, to be a channel, to be a vehicle of greater understanding. There are many ways to do this. There are poets who bring greater understanding, artists who bring greater understanding. There are old ladies sitting in rags on a corner who bring greater understanding. There does not have to be a formal— this word was used earlier and it is helpful— there does not have to be a formal venue, a formal arrangement of any kind. So you will find, for the rest of your life, one opportunity after another, some several simultaneously, for being the vehicle of bringing this remembrance to your brothers and sisters.
And each of you who share this longing, who share this deep desire, this commitment, to be of light and understanding, to be a —can we call it a conveyance?— a substance of conveyance and nurturing to each other, of your knowing, your remembering of your own divine natures, and how this plays out. How do you combine the divinity and humanity in each one of you? How wondrous this is. There truly are no right and wrong answers. Sometimes you will feel a little bit like you are on the right track. But there is no wrong track. How could you put a foot wrong? No. Some paths are faster. Some paths are slower. Some choices will bring you instant delight, some choices will bring you a little bit of frustration. No Matter. No matter.
All in the end will be a wondrous summation of the joy that you have shared, the joy that you have gathered and the joys that you have shared. The moments, the hours, the days, the relationships, the activities, the weather, the games, the music. Every moment has its potential for being exquisitely fulfilling. But you may judge some of your moments to be a bit boring, to be a bit mundane. ‘Oh, I’m just folding laundry. This is not a wondrous moment.’ Ah. There are many who would be enchanted by your experience.
And we watch you and we find it quite interesting, everything that you do. Because your choices are enormously potent. They reach us. We can tune in if we wish. If we’d rather skip about and pick daisies, well, we might be a little bit abstracted at that moment. But many of us are quite interested in all of you who are rising to consciousness, rising to remembrance of the infinite beings that you are. And this is a most glorious flowering! Can you imagine it as flowers opening simultaneously all over the Earth? It is a Spring of a magnitude you cannot encompass. Just imagine it and then multiply it by a few million, a few billion, a few gazillion. It is wondrous. Indeed. Wondrous.
And we celebrate you. Take a moment sometimes to celebrate yourself. Take every moment and celebrate yourself. Because if you are in the energy of celebrating yourself, you are very able, most capable and most easily able to celebrate everyone else. It is not a position of ego. It is a position of awareness. So enjoy it. Thank you for letting me speak today. I am delighted. My great love and great blessings to each of you.

Last week I was in a channeling session with my team, and we got onto the topic of Life After Death. I adore this wonderful answer by Master Jeshua. There are many interesting details on things we all have wondered about. I hope you find it enlightening… Love, Jennifer
Jennifer: So, I’m sensing Jeshua… we’ve talked before about the transition between the physical and the non-physical, so we will continue that conversation…
Jeshua: My friends, my dear ones. I’m here to speak with you about all of your questions. We are always interested in your conversations together and that which your minds are wondering and that which your hearts are holding. And we do see you and we will bring forward that which is seems to be most relevant for you at the time.
This is a topic which has been of great interest to Jennifer and there is really not a lot of information that we need to add to what she understands. There is a process of shepherding, shall we say, where the one who has departed from their heavier, human, physical body is floating more freely and is untethered, so to speak, because the silver cord has been severed and they are immediately going to be faced with coming to terms with their fact of life. The fact that their consciousness is still whole and their body has ceased. We call it deceased, ceased to beat, to move, to live, to be a vibrant home, a viable home. This [friend who passed recently] one’s home was not at that time anymore viable. It was way too painful an abode and this one was quite delighted to be free.
And of course there is the letting go on many levels, which is important, and one is going through a period of attachment/ detachment, a period of letting go of all of those relationships, to a degree. It is not complete for quite some time and this varies by individual. But your friend was most delighted to be free of his body, somewhat surprised at how good he felt and how much he remembered of the state between lives, where you in fact have a great deal of conscious wisdom and a great many choices.
And we do make it a tradition that each person departing the earthly realm will be met by one or more of those who have preceded you along this transition. So, it could be anyone, for anyone, just who you’re close to. It could be your mother, your father. It could be your best friend from childhood, it could be a favorite teacher, someone who you have lost and longed for, and trusted completely to explain your new state, your choices, your opportunities, the way things work, and to help you move on to your ‘lightened’ state.
But there is a space where some people linger, because they are afraid of leaving behind that which is known to them, and it takes them a little bit longer to become accustomed to the idea that they will go through a process of healing and this process of healing will help them immensely to adjust to their next stage. But you have acquired a great many beliefs in your human life, a great many limitations in your human life, a great many attachments which are not helpful. And so you will go through, you will be led, [your friend] is being led to the healing realms where he will have a great deal of support.
It’s a little bit like what you think of as your rehabs, where you can overcome some of your addictions, these are mental addictions, ideas that do not serve – especially things like self blame, things that have harmed you and we do not want them to continue harming you. And so we help you to ease from your being all those things which bring you the tendency to self-inflict hardship or harm, so that you will be restored to your wholeness, your health, your spiritual health – spiritual, emotional, mental health – all of it, because you still have a spiritual, emotional and mental body. You just do not have the physical body.
So this is a little more clarity perhaps on how this happens. It is the speed of which it happens that changes for each person. The tradition, the ritual of being met and escorted into the higher realms for the healing, that is at the speed that is perfect for you, but it is consistent with each passing, if the person does not have any particular beliefs -as [one of your teammates] said, it is even easier.
As long as they do not have a particular attachment to being nothing, because in that case they will experience being nothing for a while until they become tired of it and say ‘Is there anything else, I’m tired of being nothing?’ Because they will realize there is still someone there. There is still someone home, in that little gray cloud that they have created of themselves. So not to worry. Are there any questions, before I allow each one of you your turn [to channel]?
Teammate: I have a question. Yes. So my mother crossed over I guess it was over a year almost two years now, a year and a half ago. Her transition… did she go right to the space of healing where you can just… then what happens?
Jeshua: After the space of healing, which everyone does visit, anyone who has had an earthly life does need some degree of what I was referring to as rehab. But only because you do understand those places which are to help you get back on track to being yourself, so that you can be free, happy.
Teammate: And then what?
Jeshua: Then the world is your oyster, so to speak. The universe is your oyster. You can make any choice that you like at anytime that you like. You can gather with people, you can sing and dance, you can play an instrument, you can play baseball, you can gather with the wise ones of a distant planet you can — there are endless possibilities.
Teammate: As, without the physical body?
Jeshua: Yes. Yes, in your in your light body. You will take on any form that you are comfortable with.
Teammate: A light body?
Jeshua: Yes, you have a light body which is a form, which you choose. Can be human, can be a tree; you can be a tree; you can be a snail. You can choose a body which you want. It’s just like choosing a Halloween costume except that most humans who have been on the earth choose a variety or a version, a version of the person that they just completed- that life- maybe at a younger age. So your mother might choose to be a woman in her 40s. She was quite comfortable at that age. You see, so one would choose something where one enjoyed that particular version of oneself, but with all of her life wisdom, with all of the wisdom of her many lives. But one can.
This is why your beings on the different card decks are represented by a body. Sanat Kumara does not need a body. I do not need a body. But I will clothe myself in a body when I’m interacting in certain situations, because that is the tradition, because we enjoy it, because we enjoy having a certain level of identity in certain circumstances. Certainly if your mother came to visit you in a dream, she would want you to recognize her. You see?
And you have the ability, of course, and the awareness to keep an eye on those loved ones that you have left behind, check in on them, from time to time, and see how they are doing. But your choices once you are out of body are so amazing. Your life is so wondrous that, usually, you’re busy doing things which bring you joy.
Teammate 2: Is that place, where one goes after the healing, what Edgar Cayce referred to – I think in general he referred to it – as the ‘inter-between’, but I think also perhaps ‘the eternal Summer-land’ or what others may call ‘Nirvana’.
Jeshua: That would be a better representation of… the in-between is more the level of where you have immediately just left a life or are contemplating going back in and you are a little bit closer to the earth as you are observing it and planning your journey, or you are reviewing your journey, so that you know fully what it is that you brought to yourself, and to your soul during that time.
Teammate 2: I see.
Jeshua: So that’s a little closer, like the different levels of your atmosphere. It’s energetically closer. But the Summer-land might be more- or Nirvana-might be closer to the undepicted Godhead— energy, pure energy, pure bliss. And there are many, many layers in between. They’re called ‘levels’ but it’s not that you cannot spend time in one- you can -you just may not want to. It may not feel like home to you. So you find a space that feels comfortable. And then you move on. You’re always learning, always growing.
Teammate: Where are you, then, to get closer to you? What level? How does that work?
Jeshua: I reside on many levels simultaneously, but my, the majority of my, time is in the higher dimensions above 25- 30 or 27. Oh, I don’t know if these numbers mean anything to you.
Teammate: No.
Jeshua: It is a vibration of great awareness. It is a vibration where I am unlimited in my ability to connect with anyone whose thoughts turn to me at any given time. It can be multitudes, it can be two or three, can be 15, can be 5 million— it does not matter. I am in a space where I have the optimum ability to be present with all who connect with my energy.
Teammate: Amazing.
Jeshua: Yes.
Teammate: That’s amazing….just one more quick question. So we learn? I mean, we can be in these other realms, or levels as you as they’re called, and we learn in each level —or it just doesn’t matter?
Jeshua: It does not…
Teammate: I’ve used the word loosely. I’m not even expressing myself well, but it …
Jeshua: Well… well.. When you say ‘it does not matter’ it means that you have freedom to visit all realms. Yes, you do have freedom to visit all realms. Once you are out of the body you are; it is much more difficult when you are actually leading your physical life to visit every level. It is more usual for the human to access up to the 12th dimension, sometimes a little further, however, you do not often stay very long. And this would be true for all of these dimensions.
Someone could come visit me in the higher dimensions but, most often, I stretch my energy – if this is helpful to you – into whatever dimension is most comfortable for them.
Teammate: More to talk about…
Jeshua: Forever.
Teammate: more to learn…
Jeshua: Forever. We’ll keep on discussing and learning these things and sharing these things for a very long time, my dear.
Teammate: Thank you.
Jeshua: Yes. Well, I will pass the hat, so to speak, to allow someone else to come through and speak with you and have this great pleasure that I’ve had today. Thank you. Much love to you.

To my knowledge, I’ve never channeled a Leprechaun before, but I’ve kept this greeting card for many years. I’m sorry I don’t know the artist, but I love this little man’s face and this week, that love sprouted in a surprising way… I wrote this story up for a writing class I am taking. READ ON:
Jennifer Channels an Elemental….January 2024
I got a huge surprise the other day… I was practicing with a team of fellow channeling students when in popped a part of myself I didn’t know I had. I’ve always been spiritual, sometimes downright religious, but I usually tend toward communication with my guardian angel or one of my spiritual teachers in the ascended realms.
My favorite spiritual teacher is Jeshua, usually called Jesus, but I like his Aramaic name. Jeshua’s other half is Mary Magdalen, and usually they channel individually, although once, they spoke together as one. Yeshua changes faces all the time, as far as I can tell, I’ve heard he likes to appear recognizable in the skin color and style that most feels like a brother to the person who is channeling. Mary has wild wavy bushy very long black hair, and a beautiful face with big dark eyes, and a full wide mouth, alot like a girl I knew in high school. She can be very tender and loving, and also fiery. You don’t mess with Maggie!
I don’t see them, like right in front of my face, but I do sometimes get a little glimpse of them, the size of an action figure, like the semicircle of small statuettes I have on my home altar. The Archangels are usually more like suns in my body, of different colors. I adore connecting with the Archangels, especially Gabriel and Uriel, who I call Uncle U. He is iridescent silver, and Gabriel is a glowing warm gold, and bubbles like a good ginger ale.They are very approachable and friendly and their advice is always omniscient and encouraging. My guardian angel is just a quiet, loving voice under my ear, always present, but I guess I take her for granted al little, and am more impressed with the big guys. Silly isn’t it? None of them are more important than another, we are the ones who love hierarchy. They just have different paths, different commitments to Mother/Father One.
So getting back to my surprise last Monday night. In our practice group we all take turns channeling, depending on our interest or questions that day. On Monday, I didn’t have any burning questions, but I had an enthusiasm and curiosity to ask one of the ascended masters or angels about the Elemental Kingdom. I had been reading a book a friend recommended about a woman who made friends with a Leprechaun. Really? you might ask. Yes. Of course it happened in Ireland, as that land still holds an ancient and sacred vibration. I’ve been to Ireland, twice, mostly researching a line of ancestors, but I didn’t have time then to pursue my fascination with spiritual things. I thought Leprechauns were a little mean and grumpy, but the one in my friend’s book was lovely.
So bringing my sense of wonder to the channeling practice, I was open to who might open the conversation. Maybe Jeshua? Jeshua had once consoled my sister Kate, when she woke up one morning to find a leprechaun sitting on her bed. He verified her experience as natural, explaining that the veils between our respective worlds are now thinning, and inter-species encounters would become more common. Apparently she had been traveling between dimensions into the fourth and fifth in her dream state, and her impression of her visitor was a remnant from a conversation she was having in another dimension. Sounds plausible, doesn’t it? It hasn’t happened since to her, but I was told that I have a unicorn friend that I love to ride when I am in the dream state. That was delightful to hear, and doubly pleasant to imagine, as I was over sixty years old at the time.
Back to Monday night. Here is the transcription of what actually was said.
Jennifer (settling in to channel) : All right. Tonight I have a question about Elementals. I’ve found myself absolutely fascinated with Elementals recently and I’m reading a book that was written by a leprechaun. [Tanis Helliwell’s The Leprechaun’s Story.] It’s just cracking me up. I just love it. It’s so much fun. I can’t get anything else read because all I want to do is read the leprechaun book, so I just thought I might bring that forward and see if it gets me anywhere. So I’m inviting any of the angels, or my guides, or the Ascended Masters who would like to come forward to talk about this.
…Taking a moment to settle and rest and wait, rather than making something happen, I just saw somebody whizzing by on a bicycle. That was interesting. Oh my gosh, it’s a day for humor! Yes. I’m seeing like telegraph wires and there are people riding bicycles along them. Okay. We’re getting playful today.
Elemental: “Yes, this is the most wondrous development! We are more, more than happy, to speak with you. I am an aspect of Jennifer, who is entirely playful and silly and always beefing up anything interesting, anything funny, anything humorous, anything to bring a belly laugh, to shake the foundations of all of the beliefs and the thought systems and the structures which hold you in such rigid postures, in such rigid chastity -belts-of-the-mind. [!]
Oh, for heaven’s sakes, you say? Relax. Let it be joyful. Let your life find the gold in every single moment. Let your eyes and your ears and your fingers and your heart and your tippy toes, let them just dance through each moment! The possibilities are endless, but you short circuit yourselves.. you… You decide ahead of time, what is going to happen and then you measure yourself up to this imagination. It is often rather fruitless and sometimes quite barren and sometimes quite gray, and black and white— and not fun at all. And so we would invite you to walk in Technicolor, to talk in hyperbole, parabola, swing on the branches. Take a, take a leaf from the book of the chimpanzees. Eat a banana. I mean honestly, put one in your ear!
It is totally fine to be silly, funny, goofy, childlike, wonder-like, imaginative to the point where you’re making paradoxes in every moment, where you’re connecting things that don’t connect, where you’re making anachronisms, and, you know, half duck and half fish or those silly things that you like to make when you’re children, and then you grow out of them. And then you start to think you’ve got to be serious all the time. And you think you have to think all the time and you think you have to make sense all the time. And you don’t —you can be totally foolish for the pure joy of not knowing what the next thing out of your mouth will be!
So you see, it is quite possible to be many aspects of yourself and it’s quite possible to deliberately decide not to filter everything, through your sensible filter, or through your wise & spiritual filter. We are a big fan of that fella Yogi Beyondananda who poked fun at all this spirituality. Because honestly, it is not helpful to take yourself too seriously.
Now we do understand the yearnings of the heart. We do understand where there is this longing for love. Because you have secluded yourselves from your own divine nature for so many lifetimes, and for many years— for you are not exactly teenagers. Cute as you are, sweet as you are, inventive as you are, you are ones who have walked the years of this life to a place where you can claim greater freedom. So do it! Do it and enjoy yourself.
This is the path to joy- it’s to let go, to let go of the way you think it will arrive, to let go of the way you think it will feel, to let go of managing the energy of the Universe as it comes through you -because you are not quite certain that you dare to let some things speak for you. Is there anything other than love?
Truly, truly? Only love in disguise. There are those who are pretending, there are those who are dressing up with the scary rubber mask. Just for the fun of it. And they too will have a laugh. At the end, it will be a great party and you will say ‘Why did I struggle so hard?’
We are grateful to you for coming together. We have greatly enjoyed your conversation where you share your hearts with one another. We are much enlivened by the laughter that you are channeling into your reality, because laughter is very sacred. Very wonderful energy! So play more, be silly more. Will you allow yourself this? It is a freedom— you must claim it.
Yes, allow the green hair to grow in your belly button. It is totally fine. We will enjoy it. And so will you. We hope. Much love and laughter to you.

PS Signs that I might be part Leprechaun: I regularly find four-leaf clovers, I hardly ever worry about my health, I talk to trees and sing to birds, I choose a settled long term relationship, I’m very loyal, often silly and love to play with natural materials… etc! Also the questions and answers are interesting. One of them refers to my going on a trip this week to see my family in California. Hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving… You will see that there is much in here about Giving and Receiving. LOVE< Jennifer]
Mother Earth: I Am Your Mother. I am your mother, Gaia. I am most deeply involved with each one of you through your cells, through your water, through your minerals, in your bones, through your particles of breath. I am deeply, deeply heavily, warmly, sweetly grateful to each one of you for opening to allowing us to speak with you, speaking words of hope, of encouragement, of coaching words where we see your strengths that you may not see and we wish you to know of these strengths. And we wish you to see, to hear that ‘Yes, you can. Yes you can.’ And we will help you and we are right with you. We are holding your hands. We are holding your shoulders, we are kissing your brow. We are embracing you from head to toe. My darling ones do not be afraid of anything. Anything that you wish for, speak of it.
Like my dear dear beloved child Buddha said to you, ‘Just ask. Do you want something? Just ask. Tell us you want it and we will help you.’ And this is true for everything. Whether you want to have a pain release and cease to bother you, or you wish to have something new come into your life that you have not allowed yourself before. Whether you wish to have a smooth and easy day, or you wish to have all kinds of ease and abundance in your provisioning for yourself.
Whatever it is, My Beloved Ones, we are with you. I am with you and I am not merely the material part of you. I am also imbuing you, throughout your lifetime, with the loving maternal receptive Self. I am the Yin and I do also give generously. So you see, while you tend to think in duality, that one must be one and one must be the other. We have come into perfect balance with this. So we are very, very good at receiving. And we can help you with this. Because you have much knocking on your door that you have not yet allowed yourself to enjoy. And of course we are the givers, so do not ever think that you do not have enough to give. Whenever you want to give anything, follow that impulse – religiously, we might say, because you will always find joy in this energy pouring forth. The filling up and the pouring forth.
Do not be afraid, my dear [Jennifer] of the momentum being interrupted by your brief journey in the skies and on the land on the other side of your landmass you call America. You will be fine. This great swelling of energy that you are feeling and this great creative passion you are feeling will continue for quite a long time. So, there’s plenty of room for some tangential pause, or a ribbon of energy looping out to the side and becoming reconnected in a few short days. So you see, I can answer your questions before they are asked. I can feel your energy and I know your heart. I love each and every one of you so deeply.
I will remain for a bit more time if there is a question that either of you [in the session] would like to bring at this time.
Participant 1: I was just thinking without getting into any specific events. Is there some, is there something we should be holding within us to assist you and the rest of the planet and humanity for the upcoming Solstice?
Mother Earth: Complete trust. Complete and utter trust, that all is unfolding, developing, coming forth, lifting apart like the lotus opening to God, to the sun, to the light, to the beauty of its own being. For all of you, this flowering is upon us and it is completely most helpful, if you will know beyond a sliver of doubt, beyond any shadows of fear, just trust and not in something outside of you, but in the love that you are, in the beauty that you are, in the creation passion that you are, because the stronger your trust the stronger your creation, our creation. All hands on deck. All of us together.
Participant 1: Thank you.
Mother: Yes.
Participant 2: A beautiful answer. Thank you for that. There are a few themes within your conversation about deep desires and fear. And I wonder if there’s any that you can help Jennifer with if there’s anything deeply within her that she desires that she’s not allowing to come forward because of fear and if you can help her with that.
Mother: Yes. There is a fear of change and a deep desire for stability and this causes a certain energy of clinging which is not necessary. Change will come about in its own natural way and one does not have complete control over these things. So do not try. Changes happen and all is well.
And stability, my Dear Ones, is to be found in your own heart. Stability is in your heart. Do not fear passion. Because it is only the active phase of your own love, but stability is innate within you, within your being, when you are in the balance of Mother/Father/One -all the many ways you could describe your own being- in perfect balance with All That Is. And this is why dance is so important because you are practicing the physical balance of your human body, on my body. You have such freedom to move about on the physical plane, and I do hold the physical reality for you, with all of my love and with all of my beauty and with all of my passion.
Participant 2: It’s beautiful. And in that there is stability because you are holding our tri-flames. You are holding and enveloping us in a way, are you not? I mean that would be stability in itself as we’re in form.
Mother: Indeed. I mirror to you your Selves and collectively you all mirror to me your Selves.
Participant 2: Thank you so much.
Mother: I am deeply moved to have this opportunity to speak with you. Thank you.
Participant 2: I’m joining in that being moved.
Mother: I am here always.
Participant 2: And in All ways
Mother: Indeed.

Jennifer Channeling Archangel Uriel 9/25/2023
Jennifer: Okay, I feel like I’m sitting in a chair the bottom of a well and I look up and there’s a light streaming down. It’s very, very comforting and very reassuring.
Archangel Uriel: Great good blessings to you. This is Uriel. I have come tonight -although we all would like to come- because this one [me- Jennifer] has had the most recent connection with me and I have promised her to be present and available at a moment’s notice. At any time, throughout this next period for certain, but, in any case, at any time because there are certain times when the resonance is particularly strong with one of the archangels, anyone for any reason, there are many reasons, and I am particularly well aligned with the heart of this one at this time.
I say that I am the psychiatrist, psychotherapist, of the archangels and this is particularly true when you have found yourself in places where your mind, your thinking, has need of some untwisting, shall we say? Some – I don’t want to say pruning or shaping – but I’m wanting to convey this image that you, in your human lives, do allow your thoughts to run riot. And they tangle themselves up in ways that maybe are not particularly helpful to you. And so I am here to assist in a way that will reinforce those thoughts which are most helpful to you. And tuck away, perhaps, those ones which are not so helpful. And as time goes forward, they will disappear on their own. So it is a sort of celestial gardening that we do and offer to you, in our love, in our benign care for you. And I wish to know if there are particular questions that you would like to discuss tonight.
Teammate #1: Thank You, Lord. I really appreciate you being here and I like what you’re speaking about being twisted. And I wonder if you could help Jennifer in terms of where she’s twisted in her mind right now with these irritations that keep coming up so that she can root it out and allow the beauty to grow back in that area.
AAUriel: Yes, and we thank you for coming forward with this question. It is helpful to have it posed from outside the one who is attempting to channel, or indeed channeling. And so we would say that there are your areas that have to do with expectations of oneself that can be felt as imperative. They can be felt as necessary, as somehow completely locked into whatever it is that one wants to experience that is fulfilling.
You have been taught over the many years that your endeavors, your creations, are to be difficult. You have heard, for example, that writing is like squeezing blood from a stone. Well, what could be more difficult than that? And so there are in your being, Jennifer, areas where you have taken in the idea of difficulty, the idea of struggle and the expectations of perfection: perfect speech, punctuation, spelling, phraseology, brilliance, blah, blah, blah. Do you recognize this in yourself?
Jennifer: Yup.
AAUriel: And so we would lift these threads that have been chafing you and allow some new growth, some breath of fresh air, some sunlight to penetrate into this area so that you can understand that all of your intentions to create are now going to succeed, effortlessly, though I did not say without focus. And there will come times where your desire to create -whether it’s writing or speaking or making something, gardening, anything- will sometimes bump into the restrictions of your daily life, in terms of time.
Now we’ve not talked much about time, but you understand that it is a human construction, but it is also not your individual human construction. There is the fact that you all as a civilization stick to your time frames, and, you as a partner having a husband, are also aware that you have certain patterns that fit into certain timeframes. And that if you’re absent more than you have been in the past that this may cause some reaction. That’s all. Try to relax into the idea that other people’s reactions do not equate to your inadequacies. Let me say that again. Other people’s reactions do not equate to your inadequacies.
You have a sense that you were taking something personally that was not yours to take. And yet if someone else is feeling the same kind of “Oh, the changes that are changing, in the ways that are changing, and the irritation of not knowing exactly how to proceed, that won’t bump into this or bump into that or cause this or cause that.” All of that is happening for all of you. So there will come times when you are bumping into each other a little bit and when your patterns do not mesh perfectly, beautifully, as you would like them to do —and they will in the future.
They will, increasingly, in the future because a life that is the divine plan will support that and it will support you in all of your creations. And so, the more you relax, and not react to anyone else’s irritations, the less you will be berating yourself for not living up to someone else’s pattern. You know you will be creating your own pattern and your patterns will have wondrous harmony. So be gentle with yourself and relax when things are not happening quite the way you would like them to each day.
Is there anything more that anyone would like to address?
Teammate #2: I don’t think I do have a question. I would just like to say hi to you, yet, as one of my favorites.
AAUriel: We are most delighted to be with your energy tonight.
